I thought the experience was lacking for me . I thought it was a bit rushed and rougher than I wanted. I got gel dip. But! My SO's darling daughter got acrylic with a design pattern and the gentleman who did hers was fantastic: she was very impressed and loved the experience. I'm will keep going to another place but will keep this one as my backup. My own gel dipped nails lasted a couple of weeks more than the acrylics. They are located right next to the gas station but it's very convenient. The lighting fixtures are impressive and I wish I'd taken a picture of that. read more

I just got a regular acrylic overlay fill, my first time being out in greenfield and this was the closest shop near me. The place was clean and quiet, its was pretty decent. My only complaint is that she was a little rough and did not clean the edges of my nails up well, it's nothing i can't fix but still. read more

Been here several times and always a great experience! Very talented artists and the vibe is great inside. Clean and open, i always just show a picture of what i want and they deliver! My mom and i love coming here. I am editing this to add something i forgot about until seeing another review. First two times i went i tipped on my card and had no issues. When i went last week for a fill, i was about to tip on card and was told i had to tip in cash. I didn't have cash and was asked to go to the atm next door; i did NOT want to do this, and thankfully my mom gave me the cash to tip. It threw me off and was awkward since i didnt have cash on me and wasn't comfortable having to pay to use an ATM. Not enough to keep me from coming back at all just be mindful they want cash tips! My first time at USA Nails because it was a Sunday and most places were closed, but I will be going back forever now. I had no wait and the man was very nice. He didn't talk a lot, which is how I like my nail appointments lol. He went pretty fast, but it was clearly because he knows what he's doing. I asked for the aura/airbrush nail art and they came out exactly as envisioned. It's been almost 2 weeks and the gel has not peeled or lifted at all (I've had this problem with City Nail Bar, which is more than double this price). Best part is these were only $40!!! First time visit to USA Nails in Greenfield. My nails were a mess from making 'home repairs' before I came in. Took forever to get the old nails off but that was completely my fault. My tech never complained and kept working. He did a very nice job on my nails. The thing that stopped me from giving 5 stars was the Tip situation. They want their tips in cash. OK, so we don't want to lose 2 or 3% to the CC company. I get it. But I wasn't informed until I was about to put a 25% tip on the card that it needed to be cash. After a trip to the gas station ATM which probably charged me 5%, they got their tip in cash. Next time I'll know but should have been discussed up front. It was horrible, i called them to make my appointment, they were gonna close in 45 minutes, i asked if i could come by or if it's too late then maybe tomorrow. She said it was ok for me to come by. I had the worst experience ever, the man made my nail bleed on the sides and didn't even care. And whenever i first got there i showed them the picture with what i wanted, french WHITE PEARL nails. That's what i told him. Whenever he was doing them he picked all the pink colors and i was gettin frustrated, I told him all white but he didn't care. He just applied the pink for my french. Then he applied the top coat and said they were done and i was so confused because i asked them in the beginning for the pearl thingy, like the powder. And they said that was $15 EXTRA! i was already gonna pay $100 for ugly pink nails that i didn't ask for. I've read about 100 horror stories since I made public post about this atrocious/scamming nail salon! THAT WAS OMBRE and $115!!!! .. pink at bottom white at top had them done about a week or so ago and this pic was just a couple days ago.. they didn't start at my nail beds and looked weeks old from the start!!!! Who all goes to USA Nails? If you ever had ombré how much did you get charged? It was a SKETCHY situation to begin with and I know for a fact I was WAY overcharged & when I went to tip but needed change so I gave the OWNER TAYLOR the money to get change and she wouldn't give me change after I asked for it 3 times she just handed the money to the nail tech for a tip after I already asked 3 times and I was WAY overcharged. My nail beds were bleeding in 4 different spots also. I kept telling her she was hitting my skin and she kept doing it while I was bleeding. I don't normally go there. I go to VIP nails, but they were closed and I had to have them done that night at 7pm, I went to my nail tech at VIP and he told me you know that's only $50-$55, I've went to two other nail places in Greenfield and they all said no more than $60 .. ALSO, who is a nail tech that can explain why my Acrylic nails turned yellow/brown/dirty looking? You can tell it happened under the final 2-3 clear coats she put on AFTER the powder. It can't be scraped off, a nail tech already tried. I do not smoke or light candles, I don't even own a lighter so don't ask that. I use 2 febreeze plug ins per room in my house so I never light candles anymore. I'm wondering if this has happened to anyone else at USA NAILS? Overcharged? Skin bleeding? We just moved to greenfield and I was looking for a new nail place because I've been steadily getting my nails done for years. let me just tell you about my experience. I made an appointment for 5:15 to get my nails taken off and a new set. 6:50 rolls around and the only thing they have done is take my nails off. They started appointments that were after mine before me, one lady did a whole pedicure while I sat there. 2 customers came in and had to leave because they don't know how to schedule. This is by far the worst experience I have ever had at a nail place. I dropped a 20 on the table and walked out. if you're looking for a new nail place, don't base it off the good reviews from their regulars. My best friend (September who refers ALL of her friends here) took me here for a treat before our lady holiday and it was the Best manicure of my life. They took so much time to make sure my fast growing cuticles and nails were in great shape and I'm not lying when I say my typical manicures grow out and look disgusting in under 2 weeks. I was sending her disbelief pictures after 3 weeks+ because they still looked perfect. Went to my local nail salon at the desperate point (5 weeks) and now I'm back on the 2 week cycle in my town.
