I would not recommend booking with Amy. I scheduled a full foil, but halfway through the service she told me she didn't have enough time and would only be doing the top and sides of my head. Despite not completing the full service, she still charged me for a full foil instead of a partial foil (which, by industry standards, is when only the top and sides are foiled). When I texted her afterward to point out that my receipt listed a full foil even though I only received a partial, her response was that "anything more than 15 foils is considered a full foil." This was very disappointing, as it doesn't align with what was booked or what I expected. read more

So I finally got the pleasure of visiting the new salon location and it is amazing! This salon owner is amazing and treats her stylist like family and it shows! Even after the stress of the pandemic all the stylists are still here and they even hired a new one too! It's so nice coming to a salon with long hair and leaving with long hair! Why is it that all the other salons in town hack your hair off when you clearly ask them not to! Christina is the stylist I always go to and she is simply amazing!!! She always listens, makes suggestions and gives me what I ask for and sometimes like last night, even better!!! Thank you Posh and Christina for giving my confidence back and being so amazing! My first visit was a trim and olaplex treatment which went fine. I came back for professional help getting blue dye out of my hair. First the dye did not come out even with the bleach, so it was easiest to just dye over it with something darker, fine I just didn't want blue hair anymore. But the brown dye she put on didn't get put on evenly. You can still see blue and bleached spots all throughout my hair. I get home and realized the entire back of my shirt (and shoulders) had been bleached as well. Now I'm going to the doctor for excessive itching on my scalp and face. My lip is swollen as well due to the reaction to whatever chemicals were used. Im giving three stars because the salon manager made it right by refunding me my money and offering to get me fixed up. read more

My stylist did a great job with coloring my hair, but when she did the cut there was 6 inches taken off without consulting me. I said I wanted a trim and she asked if she could even it up. I said yes thinking that would be an inch or two. Really disappointed and will not be going back there. read more

I am SO happy I found Leah! She is absolutely amazing! I gave her some pics off of Pinterest of the color I wanted which helped her know what I really wanted. First of all, let me tell y'all that I get SO nervous when going to a new girl, but Leah made me feel really comfortable. I have blonde hair and went darker for the holidays, but I was unhappy with it and she totally fixed it for me! She gave me a bang trim and wasn't "scissor happy" with anything else, which is nice because I hate it when the stylist wants to cut so much off even when it isn't necessary. I will not be back. I am not sure the girl knew what she was doing, she was just an air head, or just didn't listen to me. The salon itself is very nice, but I don't take the salon décor home, I take my hair home, and in this case I had to take myself to my sister in law's house (two hours away) to have her fix my hair. I took my daughter to Posh today to get her hair cut and have red and blonde put in her hair. It was our first time there and we will definitely be back. I called at least 20 salons to get a last minute appointment and no one had anything available. Posh took my number and called me back to let me know they didn't have anyone to do her hair tonight but then Cristina called me back and let me know she could do it. I can't say enough wonderful things about her! She put my daughter at ease and chit chatted with her the whole time she did her hair. My daughters cut and color looked fantastic and she felt gorgeous when she left! I highly recommend Posh and especially Cristina! read more

I love this place! This salon is very clean and classy and I was happy to find such a modern salon in Greenfield. I see people of all ages here and the customer service has always been great.
