When I moved in they had a young lady, Christy I believe her name was that made this place run like a fine Swiss watch... For whatever reason she was let go, or left... The place has not been the same since. Since her deaprture I have had constant problems with rodent's and other insects (roaches, silverfish, etc...) and no corrective action has been proposed. I do not store food stuffs only furniture and a trailer in an extra large bay. I am in the process of cleaning out the items and will depart prior to my lease ending. I still will need a storage bay, albeit not as large or expensive, but it certainly will not be this facility. All this place needs is a little TLC and responsive management and it would be outstanding given it's location.

They're competitively priced compared to surround facilities. The best part is the convenience of 565. You have 24/7 access to your unit compared to other places that lock you out during the night after a certain time. It's is access controlled with a fence surround the property. You use a personalized code to enter the front gate. Each unit has a keyed man door as well as a remote keypad on the door to open the garage units. Each garage is equipped with 4 ultra bright LED lights so that you can see what you're doing while working inside. The customer service here has been outstanding. We were locked out of our unit one Saturday due to a keypad malfunction and jammed door lock. We contacted them via phone and the owner who was on property at the time came right over and helped us gain access to our unit. He then followed up with me via text the following day to let me know he had fixed the keypad. We have been very pleased with this facility and the friendly employees. They offer an automatic payment for rent as well as an electronic portal to access your monthly statement. Highly recommended!
