It's been over 35 days of haggling to get a refund and I just now received a check in the mail. Not only that, but it is not even for the full amount we were overcharged for. We should have never been charged the extra month, let alone only refunded a portion. I have yet to decide whether or not it's worth my time to fight for the rest of our money. Great service, just be sure to take it off auto-pay when moving out!

As it was my first time, Mark Norwood was super helpful in explaining where my unit was, how to get in, and how to lock it, as well as other basic details. The building is easy to access, there is lots of space in the halls, and carts that they let you use to move things from vehicle to your unit. Will do a final review once the summer is over!!
