We usually stop here for gas and bathroom break when heading to or from Arizona. The price is right on the lower end gas but if you use another grade it jumps way up there. FYI. Customer service is a joke. The graveyard guy will make you wait while he finishes mopping the floor, tell you the register is going to shut down in 3 minutes, block the door with the mop bucket and tell you to go to the back door then move the the mop bucket for a white man. Then call someone a B----. No water in window cleaner saw one guy have to use his drinking water just to get all the bugs off windshield. Don't go here early in the morning. He is more into being in the bathroom then caring for customers. read more

Denied service for paying with legal U.S. coins. My total was $3--$1 already credited, leaving $2 in quarters and dimes. I was told they don't accept "unrolled change." Refusing a paying customer over $2 is absurd and terrible customer service. My family stops here for gas every time we pass through Kingman, but we won't be back. No window cleaner. Bone dry in the window wash things outside. So as a gas station for travelers poor quality customer service since I now have to go someplace else to clean my windows. Poor value as from the road the sign says $2.89 per gallon (all lit up) but when you pull in it says it's $2.99 with card. Have the $2.99 with card lit up too... Highly suggest trying somewhere else. the big lazy girl with glasses who worked the night shift on 02/16/26 refused to accept 4$ worth of quarters, when I asked "you guys don't accept US currency here" she said "I didn't say that." I came back in with cash and she refused me service all together because she's too lazy to do her job. I will never return back to this travel center. They lie about Their gas prices and will charge 20 cents more at the pump than advertised on the sign. read more

Most disgusting bathroom ever! was just there 5 mins ago had to take my daughter to the bathroom , I had trash from the car and decided to throw it away inside the bathroom and when I went to a trash can that was in front of the sink there was a USED PAD . Pee in the very last stall all over the floor , water didn't work so we had to walk out with soap all over our hands . a used pad in the stall trash can would've been fine but to see it while your washing your hands is horrific . read more

The restrooms are easy and understood. Everything but the gas is very overpriced. But most importantly, the blond cashier is very rude every encounter. She is a detriment and is the reason I will never go back after being a customer for five years. She should be closely observed and fired read more

My car requires 91 Octane. The low grade was priced at $2.89, so I kind of assumed the 91 Octane would be $3.29 or around there. I did not look and filled my car and the 91 octane was priced at $4.39. That seems like a ripoff. So busy in that area, not much choice to shop when traveling through but will cross this place off my list. read more

I just came here for the bathroom and a Red Bull (don't drink that). The bathroom was shockingly ... clean?! Despite the dated construction and inevitable stains that will never come out, it actually smelled clean in there. AND there wasn't pee covering every surface, which in a men's bathroom means someone tried and tried hard to get it as close to spotless as a public bathroom can be. Whoever cleans does a really really good job! Cashier was very kind and polite. Gas pumps take contactless/Apple Pay, and it's the cheapest gas in this little strip of stations. I'll go here again. Don't judge the exterior, ok? The outside looks maybe a bit run down, but it's a great business/gas station. Never judge a book by its cover. read more

This place scammed me and my entire tour bus. The scam is setup so that there are no prices in the entire store. You get to the front desk and they quickly try to push you to pay. They dont show any price tags and they manually charge whatever they want to charge for any item. I paid and as she said $11 I thought to myself. what the heck is going on. For a yogurt milk and cereal bar? Then while I'm still there another kind quiet woman on the tour bus politely says that you still overcharged me. The man SCREAMS saying you already got your money back, get out, etc, then he takes her receipt and says "YOU GET NOTHING". Then I ask for my receipt and then I see that she overcharged me too! There was no itemized receipt, just made up prices. I tell the women behind the desk with the man that she overcharged me and she says "no i didnt i thought you had a large". I said "okay, so you overcharged me." Again she responds "NO I DIDNT OVERCHARGE YOU". Doesn't let me refund and gives me a buck back. Other people on the tour just asking for chopsticks or forks and the couple keeps screaming at all of them. I recommend to avoid this place like the swarm. Hopefully the scorpions will get this couple. Good riddance. read more

I visited this "Truck Stop" and spend $650.00 on fuel. I was asked for squeegee to clean my windshield, in my surprise the owner got very agitated and told me that truck drivers still the squeegees and paper towels!!! therefore he no longer buy these items for his customers! I told him that he was a lire. I have been driving trucks for 25 years around this country and never saw or heard about this problem, Drivers DO NOT Still these items. Then I went to the bathroom, there was no paper towel there. I was very frustrated and we got into argument with him and another employee there. The owner called me prejudice against Indians, and the other guy invited me outside for fist fight. This place is a disaster waiting to happen. You DO NOT Call your major customer which are truck drivers thieves. Avoid this place. read more

August 10, 2021, we were traveling from Grand Canyon to Las Vegas. Stopped here around 3 pm for gas and Subway sandwich. The person at the Subway counter told us to wait for 10 minutes as he was cleaning which we did. After we got our sandwiches we went out as the eat in area was closed due to COVID. While we were outside a dust storm came and we went inside the store with sandwich in hand. The person (an Asian Indian gentleman) at the gas station counter came to us and asked to get out of the store and that we couldn't eat there. We said we would leave in 5 minutes as soon as the storm cleared. The person on the gas station counter was very rude and he cursed us. Very bad experience at the store. We couldn't believe that a business/store could treat a customer like that and curse! Would not recommend this place! read more

Clean bathrooms with toilet paper and liners. They don't use paper towels. They have a hand dryer that blows cold air- cool enough to make your hands feel frozen if you use it long enough. They have a well-stocked varieties of candy, snacks and souvenirs. They have Subway Sandwiches inside. It's a great stop to Grand Canyon except for the rude clerk. read more

I was on the greyhound and this place was one of there designated stops. I went in and got 2 apples. The guy at the cash register rang them up and put them in a bag. I paid with my debit. And for some reason I couldn't see the amount so asked about a receipt which he didn't give me. So I ask how much he charged my debit card. He said 1.99. I thought that was a lot for 2apples but I said ok. When I checked my bank statement later he charged me 3.98 for 2 small apples. It called the number listed and all I got was recordings.
