Brandon and Allen were our drivers and were both friendly and prompt. Because they used a large van they could accommodate a large mountain bike shipping box as well as lots of luggage. It wasn't fancy but it was exactly what we needed. The Seattle Shuttle rates were the best we found and it all came together to make the experience really good. When I said we wanted a flat rate ($40), I was assured that the orange cab in front of us was flat rate to the hotels by the airport. The attendant pointed to the pricing on the side of the cab. We got to the hotel and were charged $52.10 the driver said the flat rate is only for the airport (less then 2 miles away). Do not be fooled. Go to the yellow guys!!!
