This review is for a birthday party! We had our daughter's first friend birthday party, and we were a little nervous, having never gone to the gym. They were amazing! Very responsive and helpful. People kept complimenting me on the venue and the staff. Everything went so smoothly. We had three staff members for our party, and they went above and beyond to make everything seamless. And the kids had a BLAST! We had children from ages two through early teens, and everyone had a great time. Would definitely recommend! read more

I wish I could give this place ZERO star if I hadcthe option. I have spent over $2k and my daughter didnt learn anything not because she didnt want to but because there is no constructive interactions pr guidance by the instructors. Instructors are busy talking to each other. They sont gove equal attention to all their students and hardly ask a child to focus on their practice but play. Plus Indomt see proper lesson plam its like one hour of hear and there. Waste of money and waste of time. I am eager to end my membership. I have already given my notice but because I was being charged until end of June, I am forced to take my daughter. Zero star read more

My son had his fifth birthday here, and everything went perfectly. The instructors were enthusiastic and flexible as our energetic group of boys had the entire space to themselves. We brought additional food from outside and opted for an additional half hour in the gym. My son also enjoyed taking classes here as well. I've seen him try new things and show excitement with what he's learned. Would highly recommend for both parties and classes! read more

We had my daughter's 5th birthday here this past weekend. It was fantastic! The staff were extremely cooperative, attentive, and enthusiastic. They kept 20 children entertained with fun interactive activities for all the various ages. The space is huge and parents kept asking me how I found this place because they were so impressed. Leading up to the event, Krystal was incredible in co-planning and confirming details. We opted for an extra half hour in the gym and it was so worth it. We also weren't super rushed to leave as the staff were so helpful in clean up AND packing our car. I would highly recommend them as a birthday venue. read more

I had my daughter's 3rd birthday party here. Most of the kids were around 2 years old and they had an amazing time. The staff did a wonderful job setting up and cleaning after the party. I loved how they facilitated the activities. I was able to just enjoy myself and play with the kids without worrying about anything. My daughter has also been attending weekly classes here for about 8 months and she has learned so many skills. Her confidence has grown and it's one of her favorite weekly activities. read more

Unfortunately we did not have a good experience with this gym. My daughter Brooke multiple bones on their watch. I was told by my daughter they are always on their phones during practice. The two owners definitely play favorites and my daughter was not one of them. The owner and manager both have additional full time jobs and are often slow to respond to any type of communication. The teams do preform amazing at competitions and often win states...but at what cost. My daughter was miserable. Do yourself a favor.... go elsewhere. read more

I was hesitant to write this review since I always feel bad for business owners...however, I also feel the need to for other moms like myself. This place has been so frustrating to deal with and I am so happy to be finally done with it! I have a three year old daughter who was super excited to do gymnastics. I went to USA twisterz since it was nearby and convenient. They offered a free class for us to try and my daughter seemed to like it. I immediately was not enthusiastic about the place. I was not happy about the overall setup. My daughter is only three and I wanted to be able to see her do the gymnastics. While I get you can't be in the room because it's distracting, they only have a small, super high window for parents to view from. I'm not the tallest of women and had to stand on my tip-toes, crowded amongst other eager parents, to watch from the small window. I didn't feel the "coach" was super eager about being there. My daughter quickly lost interest during the classes and would just run around the room. The coach would not go out of her way to try to get her interested in the class or at least have her try doing the stuff. I can't say they're mean, because they're not. But they really don't go above and beyond if your child is well...acting like a normal 3 year old. They didn't tell us anything about what was done in each class or even how our children did. So not only was I not able to watch, I had no idea what she learned or did during class. Huge turnoff. I didn't know any better and enrolled her for the season. I felt pressured to buy the show leotard for $55, even though I already bought her two leotards. Your child cannot participate in the last "show" if they don't have the leotard. I wish I would've been told about it early on. To their defense, I did join AFTER the season started and perhaps it was an oversight. Regardless...quite expensive. I have a pretty unpredictable and hectic work schedule. I was told if my daughter missed a class, I could call to reschedule a makeup class. My daughter had to miss a class because I was called out for work. Well, good luck getting an answer! I called multiple times, left multiple messages and never received calls back. So I would just show up at the school. At one point, I spoke to the owner who had the audacity to say she never received a voicemail message from me. I showed her my phone, the number of times I called and even two of the calls were longer since I clearly was leaving a message. She then said maybe the message wasn't clear. Are you kidding me??? I speak PERFECT ENGLISH and repeated my name and number on the voicemail TWICE! The owner then suggested I just email them in the future. Funny thing...she called me a day later after that conversation regarding my message. I guess my message was clear after all and they just respond extremely late. We show up to the makeup class and were asked why we were there. I explained my daughter missed a class and this was a makeup. The young girl said well we don't have an absent for her. I found that quite funny since I know for a fact I missed the class and also left about two messages and spoke to the owner about missing the class and attending the makeup class! Regardless, I stayed for the class and felt super uncomfortable since this discussion took place in front of all the other parents. I honestly could not wait for this season to come to an end and stop coming here. At the final show, the owner and instructors ignored us while they spoke to their usuals. I felt beyond uncomfortable and honestly disgusted since we did spend over $400 for my daughter to take this class. I thought it was very unprofessional of them to not even say goodbye to my daughter or at the very least acknowledge us as they did others. This is MY PERSONAL experience. Perhaps they are better with other families or older children. My experience here unfortunately was not good and my daughter was turned off with gymnastics. I found another gymnastics school and while it is a bit further, we are so much happier!!! The coaches are so accommodating, I can see my child and they give us updates on what my child is learning. My daughter is now loving gymnastics again, doesn't hide during class and is eager to do her tumbles. read more

My daughter wanted to go to gymnastics so I found this summer camp on Groupon and decided to try it out. If I liked it she would go there continuously. Her 3rd day at camp she had to leave at 12noon because she was not feeling well, she has a fever and sore throat. She cannot go for the rest of the week so the other kids do not get sick, which makes sense. I called USA Twisterz and asked if I can use the 2 days another time since I paid for it and didn't plan on my daughter getting sick :( She said no then said wait let me ask, she asked me how I purchased it and then said no again. I asked to speak to a manager and she said she is the manager(shady). Its ok to say no but try to figure something out or assist as much as you can, sound like you care. Customer service is horrible! First of all the girl who hosted the party didn't want to host it. When they told her she was doing the party she was like who me why? She sat on a balance beam the whole time . They had a hand held bubble event with dishwashing soap attempted to create a show. They failed and then had the children free play for about 45 mins, leaving "unsafe equipment " unattended . Once they got a bouncy house blown one of the staff teens with dark black hair in a ponytail pushed my cousins 2 year old twice cause she wouldn't wait her turn . What two year old waits in line. My cousin left the party and mentioned this afterwards. The kids were served cold pizza and were left not asked if they wanted the other half of their pizza . The host took the slices and put them in the back. There was never an announcement of transition we just saw the children's food thrown in the garbage and our feet being swept. My children have been going here for a few months now and took quickly to the children, programs and instructors. The owner is so kind and always takes time to let our children know she cares. They think she's "so cool!" Best part are the parents nights out. A nice break to get out for a few hours and know the kids are taken care of and having fun. We had my son's 3rd birthday party here (12 children attended.) Our instructors were completely engaged with the children and so sweet with them. They made the games very age appropriate with free play time as well. The parents are absolutely allowed inside to be as near to their children as they would like to observe and supervise. The girls were so accommodating, did all the serving of pizza and cake, and even tied balloons to the gift bags I brought. I had my daughters second birthday at USA Twisterz and it was the best decision I have ever made. From the moment I booked the party until the end USA Twisterz did a fantastic job. They took care of everything and I only had to provide the birthday cake. The staff was great answering all my questions and helping me plan the event. The staff is absolutely phenomenal!!! Each teacher is encouraging and genuinely interested in every child. They have a beautiful facility with a huge party room and comfortable parent/sibling waiting area with free wifi. There also is an area for children's dance and yoga classes.
