I will also add I hate going to any medical place, be it hospitals, doctors etc. I just do not dig it and have been known to procrastinate when I should not. This place took much of my anxiety away. I mean..honestly the wait is rarely long (rarely, very occasionally there has been a long wait but of my visits 90 percent have involved a very short wait time.) Their office is pleasant and seems clean. The ladies at the front desk are warn and have a great sense of humor! And I have loved all the doctors I have seen here. Dr. Herstik, didn't do X-rays but truthfully, he didn't need to. He correctly diagnosed the problem with my foot. As for the orthotics, the process and pricing is pretty standard and I use mine everyday so no complaints there. As for the staff's demeanor, they are certainly busy but I never had any bad experiences with them. They seemed fine to me.

My right hand ring finger was being pulled in at almost 90 degrees towards my palm. My consultation with Dr. Konigsberg was very informative. He answered all my questions was not rushed. The day of the surgery, (Dec 31, 2025), went as scheduled with no surprises. Most amazing was the fact there was no pain or discomfort following the surgery. My ring finger is now perfectly straight. Days later, once the slight swelling went down, I am close to full mobility. Dr. Konigsberg proved to be an expert in his field with both his skill and knowledge as an orthopedic surgeon. i am currently here right now due to horrible chest pain and bad headaches/ fever. i was seen and…read moretold to go sit back in the sign in area- where i have now been waiting for over 2 hours. no one has said anything but the"back is full" and everyone must wait. there's people here who have been waiting for over 4 hours. i am a student at wcc so came here because it was the closest place but now im 100% certain the hospital in new rochelle is way better and have much nicer staff. as a hospital and a big hospital at that they should be able to have enough room to take anyone and everyone that is coming in for an EMERGENCY!y chest pain is getting worse and now starting to get super dizzy by the lights and the amount of people in the emergency room.
