The bill changes every month since July. Constantly drop calls from home. They say use wifi calling but at the top of you phone wifi never shows up. I called my internet provider and they had to call me back 4 times for a simple modem fix, because I kept dropping the call. Now I'm in a contract for 3 years with terrible signal at home and out in the community. I do really like my samsung s22 ultra. I'm just very unhappy with us cellular! It's going to be a long 3 years. If I had an emergency I don't think I could stay connected long enough to call for help!

US Cellular told its customers that the transfer would be seamless (no need to set up a new account or change my password). So I never got a new TM PIN number, account #, or anything. I had many problems with my iPhone 15 Pro (not being able to send or receive texts or calls). To compound this, I was at home after surgery and it was essential that I be able to communicate with my medical providers. So, I decided to change to a different carrier. I got my account number and transfer PIN but T-Mobile didn't release my phone number even though I told them I wanted to keep my number, and my new carrier had to fight to get it released. Then, T-Mobile cancelled not just my account but all of the information related to it. Then, I received a notice that they had charged my bank for another month's service. So they wouldn't recognize my email or phone number, which meant that I couldn't communicate with them. Like a dummy, I had continued with the auto-pay I had had with US Cellular. And I am currently unable to access my account to turn off auto-pay. Nice, huh? BUYER BEWARE!!!
