One time we went in ti figure out what happened with our bill, the girl said she was fixing it but instead she took our insurance off and changed my data. I only found this out the next day after i dropped my phone and couldn't get a replacement through insurance. Thankfully after much unnecessary stress we got everything straight. I will never walk in that store again. That's just one of many bad things from there.

I needed help to simply complete the transaction and get the phone which was confirmed in stock. It was very clear in the literal 2 minutes I was in there that the staff could not be bothered to help me any further. I am honestly at the point of switching away from T-mobile because of just how horrible the service is and how poor the customer service is.

Which in order to get my phone back I had to pay an additional $150 on top of the $87 from the battery replacement. The reason they decided to get me a screen replacement was because of water damage?? My phone had no signs of water damage before. I just needed a battery replacement because it's a 4 year old phone. Anyways, I needed my phone back so I had no choice. The following days I experienced my phone lagging and buttons pressing on their own. My phone then started to shut off and restart every 5 mins. I'm afraid it's not just not going to turn back on at some point. I asked if there's anything they can do about it. Maybe a refund or store credit? Of course, the answer was no. I just feel cheated out $200 and I have to buy a brand new phone (iPhones aren't cheap either).
