I came here to give my review and it looks like every other customer has experienced the same thing. I came in for a battery replacement and when I came back to pick up my phone they gave me a screen replacement also (I did not request that). Which in order to get my phone back I had to pay an additional $150 on top of the $87 from the battery replacement. The reason they decided to get me a screen replacement was because of water damage?? My phone had no signs of water damage before. I just needed a battery replacement because it's a 4 year old phone. Anyways, I needed my phone back so I had no choice. The following days I experienced my phone lagging and buttons pressing on their own. My phone then started to shut off and restart every 5 mins. I'm afraid it's not just not going to turn back on at some point. I asked if there's anything they can do about it. Maybe a refund or store credit? Of course, the answer was no. I just feel cheated out $200 and I have to buy a brand new phone (iPhones aren't cheap either). I can appreciate the employees for trying their best to fix my phone but I do feel like the store manager didn't even care or bother to fix the situation. We were very disappointed. My husband went in there to buy. a new battery for the overhead portion of our garage door. They sold us the part after looking at the one my husband brought in. He gets home and the contacts are considerably wider. So we call and are told "Sorry, but the correct ones won't be in until next week". Worst ever .My phone het a back glass replacement and all of the sudden the touch on the screen dont work.Had the phone back at them the next day and thy opened it again and said it had water damage and 400$ for a repair .Funny how the phone was working fine before going in !! To top it all off the employee was so low on personal health that you can't stand breathing in the shop because of the awful stench of sweat and body odor ,so bad that the phone reeked when wr got it back.I would not recommend this place for anyone ever !! read more

I made an on-line appointment on July 11, 2023, to have my battery changed in an iPhone 6. I have owned the phone since purchasing it new and no work for servicing of any kind has ever been done. It was in great working condition. The young man who took my phone was friendly and tried to be helpful. That is the only positive thing I can say. Now, for the rest of the story: As he was preparing the work order on the computer, I reminded him about the $10 discount offered for online appointments. He acknowledged and continued. I paid with a credit card without doing math in my head and left planning to return in an hour as directed. While I was gone, I reviewed the receipt and saw that there was no $10 discount listed. When I returned, I ask the same employee to show me on the receipt where I was given the $10. He agreed that it wasn't there and was confused, saying the computer screen showed the $10 credited, but for some reason it did not print out that way. While he was reviewing the computer, hoping for an answer, I picked up my phone and immediately saw that the screen was distorted. The only description I can give is it was darkened in areas and looked as if standing water was in places behind the screen. Items on the screen were still readable but lacked the clarity that it always had. When I said what happened to my screen, the employee immediately asked me if my phone had been exposed to extreme temperatures. I said no. He then asked if I had it repaired at any time, and I said no. I didn't think this was going anywhere and the $10 was still in the air so I picked up my receipt, told him to forget about the $10 and to have lunch on me. My recommendation to the public is avoid this business. I'm sure that as most all businesses go, they do good work in many respects, but it doesn't take too many screw-ups like this to destroy a reputation. read more

Went to go get my iPhone 11 screen fixed they told me it would be a hour so I left and came back then they said it was a iPhone 11 Pro which it's not and they said it was a iPhone 11 Pro Max be honest does my fucking phone look like it has 3 fucking cameras and you took my screen off and put it back on and my screen is more worse than it was before. read more

Allegedly, they can make car fob keys here. However, I haven't been able to have one made. I have been to this store 3 times to have a key made. The first time their programming machine was dead. The second time (after loading my key information into the computer for about 10 mins) I was told they don't cut keys on the weekends. The third time (after again loading my key information into the computer) I was told they don't cut keys after 3:00 P.M. on weekdays...so I don't know when they actually make keys. I am sure if I go back again, I will be told something different. read more
