This was an issue I had brought up to them and they had signed papers saying they'd replace the laptop as I had wished, after a few days they tried to convince me that there was no issue with the laptop despite having told them my experience using the device. It did not meet the performance expectations as they had promised so I really hoped they'd help replace it. They didn't and for days into weeks have had hold of the laptop, promising to "fix it" but to not even return it after I had paid for it in whole. When I asked for a refund they denied. Not knowing what to do, I was upset. This was not the first time I had a negative experience with them. The first time I had done business with them, I bought an iPhone, the iPhone had an issue where it would shut off automatically at random intervals, asking them to fix it. They held onto it for a week or two saying they had fixed it. After seeing that that was not the case, they tried to worm their way out by gaslighting me and telling me it was "past its date". Seriously, is this how you help your clients when your products are faulty? They never made any compensation to the money I had spent and in their efforts, we had to go home with the faulty device. Seeing this was happening again with the laptop, it's an understatement to say that I'm incredibly disappointed in this business. I have yet to receive the laptop as it's still under their possession. This should not be happening as it does.

So a month ago, I paid to get my Nokia 1020 fixed (New charge port and new battery) and it took a month to get fixed. Just got it back today. It wasn't exactly their fault though. The company that was supposed to send the charge port, lost it in the mail twice and then sent it to a different Phone Doctors that needed one. I bet if I had a iPhone or some type of Android, the warehouse wouldn't have screwed up. By calling, I learned all this information. Because I had waited so long, they refunded me the charge port even though the DID get it fixed. Thanks guys for fixing my phone.

He even sent his associate to a neighboring town to get a part. He just wouldn't give up! Finally, at 6:00 that evening I saw him outside of his store and he said, "I have very good news--we fixed your phone." I almost burst into tears! And it only cost $100. I said, "Are you sure?!" He said they don't take advantage of people. So...they had my phone ALL DAY, fixed an almost impossible fix and charged me a mere $100. I can't recommend them highly enough. I came into this store very bereft, as AT&T had just lied to me and treated me extremely…read moreunprofessionally. My first encounter was with Jordan who took the time (even though they were busy) to sit with me and work through my issues. AT&T refused to give me a transfer pin to switch carriers. They insisted that I had no choice but to pay off my old iPhone 14+ (stolen) before they would issue that 6-digit pin number. Not only is this unethical, but it is also illegal and I have reported their bad business practices to the FCC. Jordan assisted me in developing new passwords, deleting old information and bringing over ALL of my contacts and photos. I was very concerned about my personal data not moving over after AT&T tried so hard to prevent me from switching carriers. But after sitting at the store for some time, everything did transfer over! When I came back into the store a little bit later to hand in my old iPhone 8 as a trade-in, Thomas was available to assist me. He also sat down with me and explained that this process should not have been so complicated. He was able to update my plan, double check that I finally had all of my data and even spoke with his manager regarding a credit after AT&T overcharged me ($222). The bottom line is Verizon has already outperformed AT&T in just 24 hours! Their employees are educated on the process, take the time to explain things to the average customer and go above and beyond to ensure things are taken care of. I am already happy I decided to switch my cellular service to Verizon, and I am telling everyone who is needing a new carrier to go by and visit with Jordan and Thomas!!
