Only reason I switched was for the FirstNet service but was only worth it to me if I was able to stay on budget. Again, I was quoted they would match t-mobile. My bill is now $58 more per month and no longer have unlimited high speed on all lines.

I believe a lot of these reviews are because they didn't follow rules and got in trouble, or they left their apartment a mess and got charged at move out. If you take care of your apartment and don't damage anything, you don't get charged. The Manager runs a tight ship and makes sure residents follow rules. I would rather a manager enforce rules then not enforce them at all. The team was great and addressed concerns promptly. They have 72 hours to complete work orders and 90% of the time they completed within 24 hours unless something had to be ordered in which they communicated that to me. I highly suggest to take these reviews with a grain of salt. People are quick to post negative reviews when they aren't getting their way.
