A few days later I started getting several responses. Only one said that he could fix it, and it was Damon. I contacted him and later that afternoon he said that he could come to my home and fix it. When he showed up he started working on it immediately. I stood there and watched him take the unit apart until he finally reached the display. He removed it and replaced it with a new one that I had recently purchased online. After he put it back together I plugged it in and tested it and it worked perfectly.
