Walked into the store and none of the staff acknowledged I was there. There was an employee on the phone, but he didn't say anything to me. I stood there for 15 minutes waiting, and another couple came in, and he said he would help them. We made eye contact before the couple came in, so it's not like he didn't know I was there. I just wanted to see if I could swap out my iPhone for a new one, but apparently they didn't want my business. There were four employees working and no one even spoke to me. Also no one wears masks here and I got daggers for wearing a mask inside. I ended up leaving after no one bothered to help me. Left without interacting with one employee lol. Don't come here.

    Went to upgrade our phones after looking on line. On-line it said we would get $1000 trade in value…read moreon our iPhone X's. When we got to the store we were told that was only for new customers and that we would only get $300 for them. That meant our phone bill would go up approx $66 per month for 2 new phones. That is unless we updated our plan which means they would charge us an extra $5 per month per line and then give us a $400 trade in for the old phones. Seriously?!?! This is how Verizon treats customers that have been loyal to them for 8 years! Won't ever go back to Verizon. The most expensive plans and they show no loyalty to their loyal customers. Went to US Cellular. Got our phones free and our phone bill will be less than it was with Verizon!

They replaced CMOS battery in a laptop competently. However, they quoted $150 each to "sanitize" the laptop computers. This is crazy as both computers had valid Windows 10 COA and license keys affixed to their respective laptop case(s). Second, all they did was reformat the hard drive and re-install Windows 10 one the first laptop which does NOT 'sanitize' the equipment preventing recovery of personally identifiable information. Unfortunately, I didn't learn their definition of 'sanitize" until after receiving one laptop back and finding their efforts lacking. Customer Service was lackluster and they barely seemed to acknowledge my presence until it was time for payment.

    I bought a computer from this company a few years ago. The computer has had a few problems, and…read morethe techs were professional and seemed knowledgeable. I purchased a virus protection program that renews annually, with an annual cost of around $45. The payment policy of this business is improper, at least in my experience. I spend half of my time working in Florida. I rarely pay with checks, nor do I ever have to given alternative payment methods online. When in Florida this time, I received a bill for the renewal of this service. I informed the store manager that I would not be able to send a check until I return in mid-November and have access to my checkbook. I also offered to pay by credit card, but the company charges a fee for using their portal and otherwise paying online. I never agreed to this fee and I will NEVER pay a company extra money to simply pay my bill. When I explained this, the owner of the company cut off my virus protection for non-payment, even though I was ready and willing to pay upon my return to Wisconsin. Now, my data and all of my confidential client files are exposed and vulnerable. This is a huge emergency, as I am an attorney. I will have to hire someone to go to my home and install a virus protection plan to avoid compromising this data. Even though I warned the owner that he would be responsible for any damage to my data, he continued with condescending, unthoughtful e-mail communications and refused to even consider waiving his inappropriate fee. This may be an unfair trade practice, which I will explore with the appropriate authorities.
