First it's 8am-5pm m-f for times where you have to pay during the week and on weekends it's free and then they decide to change it to 8am-8pm m-f without notice to the public and draw with a sharpie of the signs for notification that firms had changed. This city is all about getting every penny possible from its residents. And then over paying for food at the restaurants in this city. I'd advise just to avoid going in town for food. You're better off going to chipotle for a decide meal rather than waste your time downtown
