When I went back and explained that we must have had a misunderstanding and gave them the opportunity to make it right they failed to stand behind their product. They cut corners too by closing early, wasting my time and a trip there to talk to someone. Buyer beware. If it's your word against them, you lose!

Stopped in today on Father's Day with my daughter's and they had a nice Father's Day promotion which was special to me. All the staff working were and always are nice & helpful!! The store is pretty large, so you can plan on spending up to an hour easily just browsing throughout the store. They have furniture, antiques, glassware, clothing, lighting and all sorts of collectables for sale and more!!! Great place to check out while on vacation, on a rainy day, or to escape the Florida summer heat!! Definitely recommend this business and always look forward to shopping again!!!

I never knew how incredible Salvation Army Thrift Stores are. I've been to many other thrift stores…read more& somehow missed Salvation Army. The stores are clean & the layout is great. They offer a bit of everything & the inventory turns over quickly. The furniture is all cleaned & many pieces look brand new. Do take the chairs & such for a test run. As, in all thrift stores, I found recliners that did not want to cooperate. I also saw a couch & loveseat that looked like it belonged in a designer showroom. I have learned 1 "big"lesson....don't go home to sleep on the idea of a purchase. I made that mistake & when I returned the next day, the item I wanted was gone! If you want it, buy it.....not the time for procrastination. Staff is very helpful and engaging. What's a girl to do? Live & learn, procrastination just isn't the way to live & prosper.

I have been to the one in Tampa many times & it was also a good store, but did not have the furniture, that the Pasco store offers. I did observe that this store prices its items quite a bit higher, than the Tampa store. Don't quite understand that, but...... it is a worthy cause, Hospice. What's a girl to do? Bought a 8.00 shirt, priced 50% off and it was never placed in the bag with the other shirts I…read morepurchased...I called and asked them where the shirt was I paid for as it was not put in the bag with the other ones. I find it funny that the most expensive item failed to make it into my bag with the others I purchased. I described what the shirt looked like and was told there was no shirt like that there and even with the receipt that they could not determine what shirt it was even when I told them the price and described the shirt... Just seemed sketchy to me...as I was rung up for a 4.00 item that was on the receipt..I get the feeling they thought I was lying about it yet why would I lie about a used shirt! I agree with a lot of other comments the prices are becoming extremely expensive for used items when you can shop on Shein and Temu and get a brand new clothing for way less. I understand this goes to charity and that's wonderful but there are people like me who thrift because we are low income and cannot afford store bought clothing. They are getting ALL the items given to them for FREE.. I fail to see decent savings for items that cost them nothing. So many great finds for an awesome price!…read more The past 2 months my mother-in-law and I have been searching for China sets for a tea party. I found a service of 8 here for an awesome price. It was priced for $99, but it was missing several pieces. Sadly when they received the set it was complete, but someone must of taken a few pieces.... They kindly discounted it for me. Making it an awesome price. I found brand new baking pans for almost nothing. Mini tart pans for 50¢ and $2. A Wilton mini bunt pan for $8 that was brand new! I also found a Michael Kors Keychain for $1! Macy's wanted $40.... As well as a real pearls for $5. Today was my lucky day! The best part it goes to the charity St. Vincent De Paul. The ladies here are so kind. Thank you Sue and Ellen for all your help!
