NEVER contacted me within the 45 days of consignment and when I went there told me she had donated my clothes because I hadn't picked them up after the consignment closed. I don't even know if she is talking about my consignment or someone elses but told me I had a consignment of 6 and 8 dollars when I knew my sneakers sold for $9. And I don't even think my consignment is due to close yet.

I think this one in particular has an older crowd as regulars leaving the more of the younger clothes for people my age. Usually the clothes are in disarray and in general the place is a bit of a mess. The employees just can't keep up and many of the customers are just plain slobs. I've never seen the employees on the floor, they are usually behind the counter or at the dressing rooms. I hate the fact that you can only take 8 items to try on, and that a 2 piece bathing suit counts as 2. What a pain! I do like being able to find name brand clothes and shoes at discount prices. I love a deal and if you have the time and patience you can usually find something at Ross.

I went really only for an amazon return drop off as i was in the area and stood in line for what totaled about 20 minutes, most of which was spent as the next person in line with literally no one in front of me or being helped at the desk but with 6 associates standing behind the desk all except for one completely ignoring me and the accumulating people behind me in line which ended up being about 15 people at the end. It's just my interpretation but seemed like these women were all ignoring me deliberately except for one nice lady who was clearly busy and acknowledged me twice to apologize and even asked her manager to help me but the manager decided not to i guess as she just looked at me and said/did nothing. I finally spoke up and said, I'm sorry but will there be someone available to help me? SIX of these women all then Yelled at me, all in unison as if I'm was crazy to even say anything. They Yelled at me. So i yelled back and told them they don't need to all yell at me as I'm just asking for help. Then a random guy behind me took it upon himself to jump on this opportunity to berate me and call me names including the C word as though I'm somehow being difficult by asking for service. Everywhere I turned, I found something more adorable and interesting than the last, and every item in the boutique was so unique and whimsical. I fell in love with their felt bird feeders shaped like a carriage and the spinning organizers filled with whimsical earrings to match every niche interest you could have. If you're a bigger woman, you know the plight of finding clothes that are stylish and inexpensive. Often you get bored with your wardrobe. Thats why Curv is so important. The concept is simple, You take your recent, decent clothes up for exchange, They take what they want and give you 1/2 the cost they'd sell the clothes for in store credit, so that you can shop there. It's a FANTASTIC thing. Now you don't have to do that, you can just buy the things out right. I found some amazing things for my trip, and I know that I need to do a closet purge, so I'll be happy to trade out my old stuff for some newer stuff soon! Trade days are Monday, Wednesday and Saturday. The store credit can only be used at the store its issued at. Be careful and don't re-buy your own clothes.
