There was a miscommunication about the distance of the panel and the distance of the outlet but Ben kept the estimated quote as it is. He even went to the house in the middle of fathers day celebration to drop off the missing wire. Now that's what you call a businessman. I learned a lot from our conversation today. When I mentioned the issues I had with him he cursed me out and called me sensitive. A dishonest electrician that thinks they know everything. Took advantage of me when upgrading my service panel to 200A. Installed it sloppily and insulated his work with paper towels. Also cut the grounding rod by 3ft which is a code violation. When I sent him the picture he said "it's all I had in my truck, i had it in my notes to come back to your house and re-do the ground rod" but it's been 3 months and he never told me that was an issue. Also what licensed electrician is driving around with a 5ft ground rod, beats me. Sounds like an excuse. Also didn't replace the GFCI breakers in my panel, despite saying he would replace all the breakers. Probably wanted to save money instead of doing the right thing. Had to pay another electrician to fix all the mistakes.
