They used outdated information and pictures. Trying to get a call back or return email is like pulling teeth. When my husband called to question they immediately got defensive and yelled at him!!!! Started to say, loudly, you didn't give enough time to call back (five hours) Claimed we never read the email with quotes. We did, when I told her I found a cheaper quote, well then she got REAL mad.
