Dr Hyatt is so rude and disrespectful. He talks down to patients makes people feel stupid. If he was not so close we would go elsewhere

Fantastic doctors! Not always the best scheduling processes, but well worth it for the physicians.

Everything was running on time and the staff, nurses, and his doctor were all extremely efficient. I was kept updated of his status via text and the waiting room wall computer from start to finish. We never felt rushed while he was in the recovery room. They checked on him numerous times while in recovery. Even checked on me to make sure I was comfortable. The entire staff were friendly and accommodating to his needs. I would recommend this clean and professional hospital to anyone. Thank you for taking care of my brother. Plenty of ample parking!

I would never take anyone I love to this location again. Even though it is close and convenient, you are gambling with your loved one's life, especially if they are elderly. You have to have someone who understands medical that can advocate for everything and anything the patient may need and you must read all the test and meds being given in the Texas Health Chart because they will not tell you everything. Unfortunately, we found out too late about the negligent care our mother was receiving because we didn't know to ask the right questions or push to have her moved to a different floor with better care and we trusted what the doctors were telling us (but again they are not accountable, you are just a number) all these things together resulted in her death. You MUST print all correspondence in the chart you see because they will take it down the minute the person dies and you no longer have access to show for investigation purposes. It may be that way with any hospital, but I witnessed first-hand how they treat anyone elderly as if their life doesn't matter anymore.

I found a surgeon the next day who was upset that they didn't immediately send me to the ER. Because they did not, the gallbladder died before the surgery a couple of days later which caused further issues. Additionally, I asked four different people about checking in for insurance, etc. I was there for several hours before someone addressed this. As you can guess, I am getting numerous additional bills. I would NOT recommend this place for an emergency.

He had shortness of breath and alot of discomfort. As a scared mother I ran up to the front desk and said my son can't breathe we need help right away. The front desk woman paused, looked right me and rolled her eyes. As if to indicate I was being dramatic. She took her time getting our information down with alot of attitude and called in shortness of breath after a good 10mins. She was joking with the other staff in the background and had no professional or urgency. My son ended up being very sick and needed breathing support for several day afterwards. The carelessness continued when we found out his medications were not called in and he had to wait another day for medication he needed. I'm pissed but my child suffered. He deserved better care.

If you want your pain to be out of control and the nurses to keep you up all night and then ignore you all day. I had a hose backing up into my stomach and nose for the past two days. None new how to fix it. I've had an alarm going off for 9ver 2 hours and no one will come turn it off. I haven't seen a doctor since my surgery Monday morning. My pain medicine isn't working and would like them to give me something else, they say they sent a message but have not heard back. So if you want this kind of care this is your place. I will never come here again and will never bring another family member here. I just had to get this off my chest and warn others. This is tower 3

I slept on this "bed" but I would not recommend it for those with back problems- VERY, VERY Hard on the back. The RN's were so attentive and seemed to be very experienced and knowledgable, especially a male RN named Lenny in Tower 1 Orthopedic section! He was very much in demand as all the other nurses and staff were asking him for help or his opinion on things. This hospital food is fairly tasteless because maybe because IT has to be s be plain for restricted diets etc. Overall a very well run hospital!

The first time they…read moredidn't know what to do about a jaw issue, and the doctor came in and told my girlfriend she had herpes, that's why her jaw was locking up. Come to find out, after making an appointment with a dentist, she has TMJ. I'm not sure how the two are even remotely correlated, so we wrote it off. Fast forward two months, we came in for an infection she is having, and they hold her up in the waiting room telling her that she should go to an urgent care, and tried to convince her that her insurance provider will not cover it. The staff informs her it may be a 1-2 hour wait to get the tests results back from the Dallas Lab. After I recognize they're being lazy, and don't want to treat her, I start to clarify that they said insurance wouldn't cover it. I put my phone on the counter to make it seem like I was recording what they said, and evidentially they said "oh we didn't say it wouldn't cover it, we said it would be more expensive". What? Moving on, they decide the insurance will cover it, and they need to check and see if they have the medication to treat an infection. You are a whole emergency room, and you're telling an undiagnosed patient you need to check on medication? These are the front desk girls! Eventually she goes in the room, and there is a whole roach on the wall. (See photo). They forget to take her temperature, even after asking if she's had a fever or any fatigue. They leave the thermometer on the tray right in front of her. Keep in mind, we are the only car in the parking lot, so there's not any other walk-ins, and they are certainly not busy. We noticed about 10 minutes after there was a shift change happening.
