This is not & I repeat NOT a UPS store. It is a United States Postal office. The postal office is well ain't a inedible * staffed. They have many varieties of packing containers & offer full srrvice. They need to close this location since all employees here are useless & obviously cannot read either. For the past 2 yrs I have been receiving mail for someone that lived in the same location as I currently live in and I mark the mail "deceased in 2023" and send it back to this USPS location but they just recycle the letter and deliver it right back to me.. Useless.. If they have nothing to do perhaps they could all go to a local reading class at the local grade school.. read more

What a nightmare it was to deal with Teresa there so RUDE AND RACIST for no reason. I was 10 minutes early to my passport appointment not 15 and she refused services to me but took care of the lady after me that her appointment was after mine. Sent a Package as CERTIFIED MAIL. They LOST it and have no idea where it is. If you call the USPS Customer CARE, they are ZERO HELP! I have never had such an incompetent service, where their ONLY job is to track mail, and even having it certified they STILL LOST MAIL. worthless. I'm certainly familiar with this post office. I've been going here since 1974! It's undergone several renovations and has been in it's current incarnation for a long while. It's large and roomy, with all the bells and whistles you'd expect, including the APC, which wasn't working at the time. (I honestly prefer to use the APC vs humans) There was a short line to get through, and the it was quickly meted through, with only a couple of people who were holding up the line. One having the audacity to hold the line up and then complain that she was indeed in a hurry. Ah well, such is life in the service to the public. The workers here are friendly, caring and over all, well mannered. I come here when I'm visiting mom. read more

I have called two times about informed delivery. For some reason they just will not help regarding informed delivery. I have tried five times to enroll, which the website days that I HAVE SUCCESSFULLY done so. but it STILL goes back to saying that I am not enrolled. It would be so easy for my post delivered to just give me the form, but this hasn't happened either. Also, they do NOT answer their phones. I hVe called seven times. I got an answer once but never again. Absolutely unacceptable. read more

SO FAR this year I have come up missing 4 items that the post office lists as "delivered" and yet I dont have the item. Recently they clamed a box was delivered only to have it show up 3 days later! This later delivery after showing "delivered" has happened twice so far but at least I got the items. this has all started to happen in the last year . Before that no issues at all with delivery. I am very worried about having anything sent by USPS now. and im a member of the postal workers credit union. read more

I have had problems with my mailperson delivering my mail. I have the app so I know that I have mail that day, but unless there are no cars whatsoever on my side of the street he drives right past my house !!!! I have made a formal complaint with the post office. I received an email the next day that they would investigate but nothing since. This has happened at least 4 times. WORST SERVICE EVER !!! They delivered one of my packages but they said they "attempted" to deliver the other one and never did. The put "held at post office at customer request". Like why would I want to go out of my way to go pick up a package that could have easily been dropped off at my door? This isn't the first time this happened. I understand delivering packages and mail can be difficult because my husband works for UPS as a delivery driver and my mom worked for USPS. But I've been tracking this package all day and it's disappointing seeing that someone would lie about a customer wanting their package to be held at the post office. This past year I've sent lots of mail. And this post office really blew it. My husband was deployed, so I mailed a care package every other week. I was originally suggested to use the online service to send military flat-rate boxes (to receive the discounted price). No other locations had an issue with this. A package I postaged from online (but dropped) at this location was returned after a month. It was containing a $350 text book my husband needed for an online course. After the package was returned I brought it in and completed a customs form in person. I over insured the package to cover the full costs of the textbook as well as other contents. They lost this package, and it never returned. It was a nightmare over this textbook and this lost textbook. I had to call the local congressman's office for assistance. They never even scanned the book to show departure from the post office location. In the end, the package is still lost about 9 months later. I waited until I could complete a claim for the insurance on the package. But oh surprise, they won't pay it. They are saying I can not provide enough documentation to prove the value of the package... This is not the only bad experience. About a month ago I mailed 4 packages. Two were flat-rate boxes, but they were light in weight. To see if I could mail them at a less expensive method, I wrapped them in paper to mail them by weight. I explained this to the lady at the counter, yet she sent them 2 day priority still. When I asked if we could send them at a slower service, she said that was all they had. And I got stuck with Sunday and President's Day, so it took 4 days at the cost of two day priority. Funny, a month prior another location didn't have an issue with other services available. Given the experiences here, I'm just going to drive the extra 10 minutes to avoid this location. It's a shame, but the postal service is diminishing. And with service like this, I truly see why. When I try to keep snail mail alive, and packages as surprises to friends I endure these situations. read more

I have been to better post offices, they seem to be unaware of deliveries outside of this office and why a person is not receiving mail? Had to call the main office which is located out of the State to report my concerns, they were quick to resolve the issues and take names. If you have problems its beneficial to contact the main office, I want to say it was in Georgia? read more

Numerous delivery errors in delayed transit at this facility. I pay extra for 2 day delivery which turns out to be 3 days to 2 weeks while the package is at this facility read more
