My father got seriously ill and needed medication, but due to circumstances no one was able to drive to Knoxville to pick up the medication that I had ordered for him. (snow and fallen trees on the road and all). I was frantic with worry being thousands of miles away! Then I found these guys and saying they were amazing is an understatement. I Spoke with Patrick and right away he said it was no problem that he would pick up and deliver the medication. He was so genuine and caring and he got the medicine to my dad within 2 hours! He under charged in my mind too so we sent a nice tip with the delivery. I will forever be grateful to these guys. They were literal angels!

Called after hours and there was no help. The after hours agent told me that he has no access to the data. (Than why having after hours service when they can't help you) Asked to speak to the manager, Manager told me that they will get it done first thing in the morning next day. Called next morning, talked to another manager first he told me it will take and hour, I called back in an hour to get status on my entry and now he's telling me that he never told me that it takes 1 hour. "It will take 4 hours". It take a while for them to process paperwork when other customs broker process paperwork with in half an hour to an hour. Their manager was trying to threatening me. Saying if I had a attitude he'll do something about it. I've been working 4 years with different customs brokers and it never took more than an hour. With V Alexander Customs Brokerage it took over 20 hours for customs paperwork process. Transportation business is 24hr operations. If they are in transportation business they should be able to process paperwork 24/7. This is not acceptable my truck was stuck at the border for 12hrs Because of them. And not only that. My truck was late to delivery and was stuck over the weekend. I DON'T RECOMMEND TO DO ANY CUSTOM BUSINESS WITH THEM!

I've…read moregot to say from the salad at the beginning of the line through to the yeast roll at the end, everything was absolutely delicious! First, let's talk about the salad. Super fresh and crisp spinach with mandarin oranges, dried cranberries and fresh blackberries. The vinaigrette that accompanied the salad provided the perfect complement to flavor and taste for all the other ingredients. There was also another standard garden salad available with ranch, but if I was going to have more salad (which I did) I was sticking with the spinach and not wasting space with regular lettuce and other toppings, as good as they may have been and probably were. Next up the grilled chicken. Nice bit of char and smoky flavor. There were both larger slices as well as plenty of little crumbly pieces so you could put them on your salad (which I did!). The vinaigrette also tasted great on the chicken as well. For vegetables there were sautéed/roasted zucchini squash and sweet red pepper chunks. Perfectly cooked. Tasted fresh from the garden. Another perfect complement to both the grilled/smoked chicken and salad. There were also mashed potatoes with the skins still in the mash. These were good as well. I've had better mashed potatoes, but still not a let down by any means. Everything I spoke of above finished off with a nice little yeast roll. A perfect little piece of bread to enjoy for the entree and vegetable sides. I realize as an attendee you don't get to pick the caterer at your event, but let's just say if you're attending an event where Brown Bag has catered it you're in for a treat! Arriving at the cabin with refrigerator filled and pantry stocked really starts our vacation off the right way - the adults are relaxed!! Have used this service since 2010 - they call to ask questions while shopping if necessary. I can be as specific as I like - asking for the most generic of something or the most specific. Well worth the delivery charge to add an extra 1-2 hours to my vacation by skipping the store!

I did find the prices high, if not unexpectedly so in most cases. I did find strange variation in sale items; some were substantial discounts, while in another case I saw a roughly $8 item "on sale" for twenty cents off, which seems bordering on a sort of unethical deception. The selection of produce was not huge but looked nice; this being Knoxville they had more meat than plants it seemed. Various natural and organic brands popped up. I always try to support the local businesses and I got a few things. This does seem to have a co-op structure so locals who really want to be in regularly might consider buying in.

Have a small amount of a rarely-used spice needed for a recipe? CHECK. Want to grind some fresh almond butter or coffee? GOTCHA COVERED. Dried fruits? YUP! (dried papaya are my family fave). Variety of healthy granolas, grains, and baking items in bulk, too. There is easy parking with their own little lot, friendly service, a discount membership program ($25 per year), and a punch card discount when you use reusable bags. Can't wait to come back.
