I just drop them with the clerk and I am certain of two things: He/She will scan it and it will be on the noon truck to processing center. If a customer says my first class package must be here in Glendale, Arizona on Friday then I use this post office to ship it Monday morning out by noon truck to processing center it is at customer on Thursday afternoon. I am very grateful to the postmaster and the clerks that run this post office. They provide exemplary community service.

The worst possible experience every time we have problems with our mail delivery. We live about a…read morequarter mile from this office and receive other people's mail at least three days a week and god knows how much of our mail has never been delivered for the same reason. When you complain, everyone shrugs and apologizes and says "it's a contracted route." They literally do zero to be helpful when we've had hundreds of dollars of merchandise delivered to the wrong house, delivered damaged, or not delivered at all. Whether it's a USPS employee or a contractor, someone has to be able to do something when our mail is so consistently mishandled but they don't even pretend to try.

They do not accept credit card as payment, but like I said it clearly states that on website, and reminder appointment email. The also take passport photos here, BUT go to Costco and save money! It's only $5 there vs $15 everywhere else! This post office was very clean and had plenty of parking, we did go at one on a Friday so maybe that's a good time to go! Once I get the passports and all my important documents back I will be a very happy camper! Never like that part, but it was you have to do! Instead of helping him, the employee Om repeatedly pressured him to buy insurance. The kid said no several times, yet Om kept pushing. Then Amixa, who I later learned is the manager, joined in and also tried to pressure him. At that point, I stepped in and told them to stop badgering him. Their response was unbelievable. Om told me to "mind my business," and the manager actually told me to "shut up" loudly, in front of a store full of customers. Instead of deescalating or helping the long line of people waiting, they continued arguing, insulting me, and eventually told me I was "not welcome" in the store. All because I spoke up for a minor who was being pressured into a purchase he clearly didn't want. This is completely unacceptable behavior from any employee, let alone a manager. Pressuring a child, insulting customers, and escalating a situation they created is not how a business should operate. I hope UPS corporate takes this seriously, because this location clearly has a major professionalism problem.

They took 11 hours to move me. That included their one hour lunch. They also, per their services offered, packed my belongings. The foreman wrapped each individual utensil separately. I did not have a lot of furniture to move. The bulk of the boxes were full of clothes. As it relates to furniture I had a coffee table, two sofas, a dining room table, four dining chairs, a kitchenette table, two beds, for nightstands, and a desk. I paid them a $50 tip. When I opened up the boxes at my new place they had stolen all of my high dollar clothes: Burberry, Nike, under armor, Coach, and several down coats. NOAM ISRAEL AND ISAAC Refused to take my calls after several attempts. Isaac was always on vacation. Be careful because Mr. Israel will curse you out. The movers were three Hispanic guys. they did not know that I understood Spanish. They talked terribly about the two individuals are named above. However, the two individuals aforementioned, stated that I must've lost my clothes. Impossible! they took very select pieces from my dresser and my closets. If I lost one coat I would've lost all of my coats because they were all in one closet. Do not use this company they are crooks. These guys are running a scam. We were quote $2500 for a two bedroom apartment move to another…read moreapartment which was 4 miles away. After all said and done they charged the card $4600!! On top of that they clocked themselves at 830am but didn't get to the apartment till 1030am to start the move. They said they were looking for parking which is a lie, we had reserved the docking station for them. I will be contacting the Maryland District Attorney and also the the consumer protection agency. They charged the card without authorization too. I email them on Thursday and I haven't heard anything back. I would suggest everyone else's that have been ripped of by this company to contact the maryland district attorney office and file a complaint.
