No telephone number gets me to talking to a live person. The phone just rings and rings then disconnects.

Letter that was put in my mail box did not have my address or zip code. Evidently the mail sorter wasn't careful and neither was the mail delivery person. Delivering mail to the wrong address can have serious repercussions. Less people using USPS yet more errors. And, junk mail! I won't even go there. No use. read more

The new lady delivering mail for 87th Street in Vero Beach, FL is dishonest and unethical, seems like she is opening all the mail she delivers, delivering packages and cards opened with missing items, she seems to be stealing from packages cards, and taking gift cards and items from people on her route.The US Post Office has a lot of dishonest, unethical, and thief's working for them. It is sad to see. Real slaves for Satan. I had been waiting for a package, I watched today out the window, the post office delivered a package in my mail box, I went right outside to get the mail that was just delivered, it was put in my mail box and was torn open, completely broken into, it was bloody and smelly and missing items that were sent to me, missing a card and gift card. It just goes to show you someone in the Post Office is dishonest, since it was dropped off at the Post Office from Boca to Vero Beach. It is sad today our government agencies are so corrupted, so dishonest, and steal from the US Citizens they are supposed to serve. I am not sure how we can trust them at all anymore. Consumer beware of the USPS. Please pray for the USPS and its employees, please pray for the USA. Praying our country can be made great again! It is sad to see that the usps has fallen out of the grace of God, they used to be sacred, now so dishonest their employees and this service. To spend almost a dollar to send a letter and you never know if it will get there or not or something stolen out of the card. They are opening our packages and stealing out of them. it is very sad to see how dishonest these postal workers are. You hear on TV all the time about how they throw the mail out and not deliver it and do so many bad things, now we have a lady who is stealing from our packages. Use ups or Fedex, use tracking, seal your packages well, there is a lot of theft from this service from our own government. So many bad reviews here are 1 star, usps is so bad today! I can not complain enough about The carriers in this area. I have had multiple packages over and over and over again return to sender or held at post office due to the fact that the carriers cannot figure out that my address. I don't understand how something can happen over and over and over again when you have spoken with them multiple times about a certain address which by the way is a large piece of property that if you look it up on any map is a large business. 100% unacceptable. I must be on package eight or nine now that gets sent back and then I call and handle it and they still do it again over and over and over again very very stressful and unacceptable and nobody can help you anywhere it takes you an hour to get on the phone with somebody and if you go down there they tell you you have to call it's just totally unacceptable. I don't know what's happened to the USPS Postal Service, but it has went downhill 100% , there is no more customer service with Usps. They use to be the Best. There phone system is a nightmare now. Have to put in so much info to talk to someone and most of the time you don't have what they need because you don't have the info needed. Such a nightmare. If I call Amazon, ups, or fedex I get things done way faster. read more

Paid to have Premium Forwarding Service and working until last week and no mail is being sent, no one answers the phone ,the fax has been disconnected. Now I try to recover the payments. The last year + has been a HORROR trying to deal with the problems at our post office in Vero Beach!! After several trips to see the ´postmaster´ nothing has changed. Yesterday was the last straw! The package I was waiting for was sent AGAIN to an apartment in the next building. My kind 85-year-old neighbor noticed the bag with my name and CORRECT address on it and brought it to me. I am disabled and use Amazon often. I´ve lost a lot of $$$ with packages that never arrive! Another neighbor, 80 years old, found a box addressed to me with the correct address! and got her grocery cart to bring it to me. I am terribly upset! Currently it seems another package is lost.... one from my doctor that could save my life. The doctor´s office called to see if it arrived yet. Not today! To date, there is no one who seems to have the authority or whatever it takes to correct the old and getting worse problem in our post office. My last trip to the postmaster got me nowhere again. I told them to either get our mailman eyeglasses or a NEW JOB! I see that my review is yet another with similar problems. read more

This has got to the worst post office I have ever had to do business with. From the Supervisor to the asinine postmaster general. have mailed packages marked fragile and they arrived broken. On more then once occasion a package was mailed to me with a confirmation and I never received the package and they could not find it. Moreover, you put in the appropriate paper work for lost package or destroyed package and get nowhere. This post office is a scary place because of their lack of responsibility and the workers common sense to answer or respond to simple stuff the other 74,000 post office in the US complete both professionally and accurately. Horrible, horrrible service! These guys could care less about you, your packages or mail. They lose your stuff and deliver it to wrong places. UPS is way better, please don't go here unless you want a migraine. I called them for help because they delivered my package to wrong house. my address was correct and on the label ( their mistake ) to see if they resolved anything the lady on the phone was just straight up rude! I also had a bad experience with this office. Went there on6-19-17 to pick up a letter that needed signature. After waiting on line 10 minutes I was directed to wait on another line for this service. There was 1 other person ahead of me for the same thing. Another 5 minutes before a woman even came out to the counter. She happened to know the customer ahead of me and found it necessary to get in some chit chat. She found his letter promptly after going to the back. Then I was up and she took my slip to the back and came back out 5-7 min later and told me that another person was looking for my letter. There goes another 5-7 min. This office sucks !!!! read more

An absolute joke. Had a package sent here by mistake when the label was damaged. When I called to see about correcting this, every person I talked to told me, "It's gone, forget it," without suggesting any way to track it down. One of them didn't even know how the computer worked. The manager was never in the office, either on vacation, out to lunch (at 3pm) or just not there in the half-dozen times I called over the course of three weeks. Eventually I called another office who tried to call them on my behalf to sort things out, but even they couldn't get a hold anyone and offered to file an MRC Search form for me. Since there's no way to file a complaint with the USPS itself, this will have to do. Avoid this place at all costs and pray you never have a package come through here. read more

Being new to Vero, the first two weeks I didnt get mail even tho I put the prior owners mail marked"moved" in the mail box. I had to call them and tell them I'm here, please deliver my mail even though they had delivered mail to me before I even got here. Then, I had a package over-nighted to me that I had to sign for and they said they could read the address. I called and said, why didnt you call the number on the package, obviously if its over-nighted and needing a signature, it MUST be important. He said he has a lot of phone calls to make already (Really? Is Vero Beach that busy?) Then he said the Postman will bring it over to me...which he did a couple hours later, way past the 3pm time frame it was supposed to be here. Then, he left it in my mailbox..no signature asked for! WTF is going on at that Post Office? The second time I called I got a woman that said "It's that woman again" like I was bothering her! read more
