The girl that asked if she could help me, Stated that I had to wait to side until a notary came. She proceeds to ask the boy that was working next to her if he could notarized my documents. He mumbled his response to her, but she did not hear him. He then loudly says "No I am not going to stop the line for that, she has to wait until the line dies down". Funny thing is this line is not dying down. This is my third attempt for service at this location which is 5 minutes from my house. From today forward, I WILL NOT conduct any FUTURE Business here. I ALSO DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE OF BUSINESS FOR MINORITIES!

My packages have gone "missing" after dropping them off. Avoid and drive to another UPS store and save yourself a headache.

When dropping off a return to Amazon, this UPS store wanted to pack in a new box "to meet UPS…read morestandards". The old box had a UPS shipping label on it, so apparently Amazon & UPS were fine with shipping to me in the old box. It was being returned to Amazon due to a defect in the product, so I wasn't willing to pay extra for a new box. Went to another UPS Store that provided tape at no charge to close the box and gladly accepted the box to return to Amazon. Beware and don't get ripped off at this location.
