Today, they called and text me that they were on their way giving 10 minutes notice stating that, "Craig the owner of the franchise is on his way". We were unable to accommodate their time for the estimate and because the owner came out already and we weren't available, they will not work with us. The man on the phone stated that the owner can't be coming out, going in crawlspaces for free and having to wait around. I would not recommend wasting your time with this company or the owner, Craig. I will be happy to take my business elsewhere, as this is not how customers should be treated.

This morning our crawl space was flooding due to heavy rains and was less than an inch below our…read morebrand new furnace/ac unit that we had just replaced less than a month prior due to the hurricane flooding. I called everyone I could think of and they were the only company that could get here immediately. They were here within 20 minutes and had an emergency sump set up in less than 5 minutes. Thanks to Alex and his crew we won't need to replace a thing and even though it was an emergency call, they charged a very reasonable rate!
