You must book an appointment on their website, let them know what you need your medical card for, (for me wrist pain) then, they'll have you meet with a Qualified Medical Practitioner, fill out some paperwork, pay a few fees, and you are now a medical cannabis patient. you can get your card same day, but you might have to drive to another empathetix location like I did. That is when I decided to book an appointment. I have another condition that causes me so much pain. After both our appointments with the QMP we spoke to April the owner of the clinic. She was great both times. Took so much time to tell us the options available to us and, educate us on the dos and do nots. When I came back I brought my mom who we live with. She was very anxious about me using this treatment. They were both so good about helping with our questions and this day we were both very anxious because there was so much on our minds. Thank you Terra Health. You guys are amazing and kind. I give you a 10 out of 10!
