Visiting the Bloc Pharmacy has been such a great experience! The staff are very friendly and knowledgeable, you feel very welcome. You can Order Online and Pickup to save time, it's Cash Only but they have an ATM. I recommend their Medical Cannabis Oil Cartridges, specifically Riverside Farm Carts. They are $20 a half gram; and $40 a full gram here! Which is great compared to some local pharmacies, charging $60+ for the same brand... Bloc has no parking, handicap discrimination, rude employees if u can find someone. I grew up here and Utah, and I've seen a lot of business come and go.This one won't be around much. I would have given three stars down. Really bad service. Update: I purchased from the streets and got much better service at a lesser cost. I arrived at bloc and waited of like 20 minuets in line only to find out that is was for "Flower Only" which of course made me ANGRY!! I ask why was this not specified in the ad. Bloc Pharmacy is extremely unprofessional and unsanitary. They let a customer in behind me with a giant pit bull dog, no service animal tags or equipment, just on a long leash and letting it jump all over the customers and staff. The man kept getting extremely close to us, giving us no space whatsoever despite repeatedly asking politely for space. The security gaurd guy touched every inch of the dog, petting it, hugging it and getting all up in the dog's face. Then proceeded to come and stand inches away from me and my daughter as well. She is HIGHLY ALLERGIC. She left covered head to toe in hives and it just got worse as we drive home. Thank god I had her epi pen or we would have needed emergency care. I am appalled at the little regard for the customers over a dirty untrained dog. THIS IS A MEDICAL FACILITY, not a pet store. I am extremely disappointed in the staff present and the security. All of whom did NOTHING when I said we are allergic and needed space. Was I supposed to have my daughter stand outside to make the man and his dog comfortable? How horrible. Common sense says the DOG should be KEPT OUTSIDE so that my daughter can be safe. You guys very much lack common sense. Just absolutely insane. Do better Bloc Pharmacy. read more

An employee sold me the wrong quantity of what I asked for, and I immediately went back to the counter before leaving to have it rectified. I literally handed them a paper that said I wanted 2 7g ($90 each) jars of flower and a 1g cartridge ($40), but was given a 3.5g jar ($50 each) for one of the strains instead. Furthermore I had a 10% discount on my account and was spending what should've been $220 total before the discount. The second/only available employee acted like it was my mistake and that it would be a hassle to fix it. So he suggested I buy another 3.5g at full price ($50) plus the state transaction fee ($50 + $3 = $53). This would mean my 7g of that strain would cost $98 instead of $81 like it should have been in the first place after the 10% discount. That definitely wasn't going to fix the issue at all. I had the time, so I suggested we do a legitimate exchange and I'd pay the difference between the 3.5 and 7g jars. Then he returns everything, but only gives me $162 back instead of $165 and says he can't refund the $3 state fee. And he was going to charge me the $3 again on the second transaction. Also I'm sure that when the transaction was ran again it wouldn't have been with the 10% reward either. I told him if I was going to be charged extra for the other employee's mistake I wasn't going to buy anything. The guy acted like they didn't need my business, so I walked out. All that really had to happen was to sell me another 3.5g jar for $33, and charge me the fee again to make it $36. Then the 7g would've been $81 (10% off $90) like it should've been in the first transaction ($45 + $36 = $81). The only loss to them would've been to eat one of the $3 charges by baking it into the second transaction's discount. I'll be following up with this location's management because patients shouldn't be ripped off to get what they asked for. And I'll be sure to let anyone who mentions Bloc that they don't need business. Apparently they already have too much to even serve their existing customers properly. Had I known that was the case I wouldn't have gone there in the first place. Is it really that hard to absorb a $3 mistake one of your employees made to not lose someone's business entirely? The first proposed solution was to ask a customer to spend an extra $17 for what they should've received in the first place. Beyond that it's pretty offputting that I had to argue with an indignant employee to fix the first employee's honest mistake and still spent money on literally nothing. read more
