The Manager of the store is Marcial. I went in the store thinking they would say, "too bad." I was pleasantly surprised when Marcial said he would exchange the gun for a new one!! Imagine my surprise. I took the gun back about 5 months after I purchased it. My grandson got a new gun and we were so excited!! The experience was wonderful. Last week I went to the store to find a pair of snow boots for my granddaughter that was on clearance. The gentleman helping me could not find the boots. Marcial went with the young man and another young lady and looked for the boots. Marcial came back with a different brand but basically the same boot I wanted for $2.00 cheaper. I told Marcial his customer service if fantastic. I will ALWAYS go to Clinton Big 5 for my sporting needs. Marcial has an excellent team to work with him and I'm sure his example flows over to the other team members. The are all wonderful, going above and beyond! Thank you Big 5 Clinton Team :)

Even though I had a level concrete pad poured, trying to line up the 8 X 15 Lifetime shed will take…read more3 men at least pulling pushing and centering. The 2 back panel walls are the exact same as the side walls, the side walls all have a notch cut out at the center top of each panel, since the panels are all the same YOU WILL END UP WITH 2 HOLES IN THE BACK TWO PANELS at the top of each one, thus you have 2 holes already designed into the shed, why? You have to tape over these holes, and now it looks like crap, and these holes will have to be addressed over the "Lifetime" of this poorly designed shed. When I got the shed, it had 2 damaged pieces, I called, they sent out the 2 pieces, one was completely wrong that belonged to a completely diffident shed, yes, I gave the model and product ID code correctly, thus whoever pulled the reorder was wrong. As the shed was already started, I just used the dented roof panel on the backside. For the price, its a horrible and damaged shed that should be resigned from the bottom up. Seriously, think about other companies. Warning.

Two courts, two pros-- today it was Derrick and Healey(sp?) who kept all the participants moving, but covered important tips, patterns and shot selections for improving your doubles game. I take private lessons with Derrick whenever I'm in town-- he really cares about enabling people to play their best. I appreciate that he doesn't yell-- he projects-- across the court with very simple modifications. He's very patient with people of any skill level who try to the best of their ability. But where he is exceptional and exceeds most coaches is in his collection of experiences and tools to draw out the best in elite athletes. Always fun to visit.
