He didn't listen to me at all. Just wanted to do x-rays to make money. I told him I did not want them nor did I need them for what my condition was. He insisted on it anyways. And then when I was sick with the flu, I miss my first appointment was charged $75. The time I was in there, there was not a single patient there. I've never seen patients there as I drive by. So he obviously charged me that money because he was hurting not because someone else had missed out on an appointment. The only chiropractor I know that charges a missed appointment fee. I would understand if it was a constant problem but the very first time. He charges me $75. He's a scammer go to a real chiropractor. He'll just give you the fabulous five adjustments that aren't gonna do anything for you.

I'm a pretty paranoid patient when it comes to someone touching my knee after surgery so I was so lucky and privileged to have found Sarah, who is such a pleasure to work with. She really listens to your needs, concerns, and areas of the body where better circulation needs to improve. On first visits, she gave me a lymphatic massage which really opened up my body's circulatory system to just have better blood flow, specifically the injured area, the knee. According to their website, "This modality is designed to assist the draining of toxins through the lymphatic system, a complex network of vessels, tissues and organs. Proper lymphatic draining can result in better moods, clearer skin, improved circulation, and increased energy." I've had this massage performed by Sarah a handful of times now and it really helped my body overall to just move better and feel better from within. As she suggested, it's also good to get this message when seasons change. Dr. Bob Lindberg is also a good chiropractor who also performed gua sha on my leg/around the knee area too.

I love that this place has a brush and hair products for when you get out and you can get ready to go in the room where you float. What I didn't love about this place compared to my one other experience is the float tank, if you want it dark is not completely dark because of the holes that let air out in the top and the prep room has light. I also couldn't figure out any music no matter what buttons I pressed. Also, the "air" that touched my body while floating was cool so I felt a little cold the entire hour. Even though I took the recommendation not to take a hot shower because the water was closer to 93 so it could feel like your body temp. I was just kind of cold the entire time. The staff was nice but I felt a little rushed by the older lady telling me I had 5 minutes to shower and get in the float pool before my hour session started. Found this place on ClassPass. When I checked our the staff didn't know what that was and asked me to wait while they called someone. I should have prepared for that because it unfortunately made me late to my next appointment and cut my time with them short. I would recommend calling ahead and line that up if that's an issue for you or leave extra time. Another difference is the place I went to before had more of a relaxation period before to get your mind ready. I couldn't and didn't completely relax while I was in there and no one asked me how my experience was after my float. They do have massage at this place so maybe if you go try a massage first then float? But when I'm back here I don't plan on repeating this exact experience.

I was referred by a friend in January after I got in a car accident, and I later referred my brother here after his car accident. I don't understand how anything they do here works (it all seems woo woo to me) but I just know that I've seen tremendous relief going to them. The doctors work at this location on Mondays and Wednesdays and at a location in Moroni, UT on Tuesdays and Thursdays.

After years of daily migraines, he helped me with some adjustments and stretches and now they are gone! My girls have had joint issues and a broken tailbone and Dr. Ryan has gone above and beyond to help us, even coming into the office after hours. He has saved us a lot of money by referring us to a local x-ray technician for the broken tailbone, instead of having to go to the Emergency Room. I bought a really good Groupon deal for two chiro visits and for one massage because I moved from out of state and have been searching for a new chiro. The one I left behind was incredible, so I was hoping to find someone of the same caliber. Reading the outstanding reviews for Dr. Ryan convinced me to give the office a try. The office is pretty busy right now, probably because of Groupon. I was able to schedule the first appt. within a week or so, but had to come in on a different weekday afternoon for a massage + 2nd adjust. They say the masseuses book up fast and at least a week out. Front desk people are nice. Dr. Ryan himself is alright. I don't really feel like he's fully present and that he's far too busy to really, truly care -- about me at least. Maybe he does care about his other patients who are very happy with him. He diagnosed me after our first meeting. He likes to play videos to show diagrams, but the TVs didn't really work, so just sat there waiting in silence instead of just listening to an explanation. One of my visits was sat in upon by a new hire that awkwardly stood in the corner. He asked if it were okay she was there after she was already there for 5+mins. He does actual hand adjustments, which I am not used to, but I liked it. They offer this muscle relaxant before adjustments that is delivered by electrical pulses as you lay face down on these massage tables. It's awkward because you're laying butt up in a public room where people are busily walking in and out of, and other patients are annoyingly playing loud videos on their phones or talking loudly. You can't really relax because of this. And you can hear other people's consultations through the walls. The first appt., he also mentioned doing a muscle scan, but then said the machine was down and that they would do it next time. He forgot the 2nd time, so I had to remind him. He said that he could cure my conditions for $2k. Despite me asking for a breakdown several times, I never got one. Knowing the regular price of the adjustments and massages, I could not figure out where his numbers were coming from (for 10-12 weeks of treatment). I felt pressured and was anxious for it for weeks because he told me I would likely develop osteoarthritis by the time I'm 40 if I did not move forward with treatment. I almost did it because of how scared I was, but I then decided to get hardcore back into strength training and yoga everyday, and I have been feeling a lot better. He really talked up their masseuses, saying they're the best in Utah. I hope not because my experience was just meh. She rushed it and was done before the hour was up and talked the entire time. That's fine, but to also talk about how you're psyching yourself up for a 2 hour massage AFTER mine is dumb. C'mon. I plan on going back to a chiro, but just not this office. IN RESPONSE TO THE OFFICE: Dr. Ryan explicitly told me he would CURE my conditions. He told me this twice. I remember the conversation because I asked him just to make sure I heard him correctly (because it's rare to hear any sort of medical partitioner to guarantee such a thing), and he said yes, "cure". It was at the end of my second appt, after my adjustment and after the muscle scan. I was standing right by the screen where I could see the results and the front desk. A cure was the only reason I considered paying $2k but decided I didn't feel right about it. I asked for the cost breakdown several times from both Dr. Ryan and the front desk staff, but it was not provided, I so doubted anything else would be resolved if I brought it to the office's attention. One thing about this office...they have lots of technology like no office I have been to before. Very up to date on the latest techniques.
