Update: 16-May-2023…read more As part of a renovation of our pool Dolphin did, they completely replace all of the tile in the pool. Now just about 5-6 years later, nearly ALL of the new tile that Dolphin installed has come off (see the pics). To put this in perspective, the previous tile in 20+ years had only had 2 tiles come off around one skimmer box, and 1 tile around the other skimmer box.

They described a parque floor with herringbone edges as "easy". It easily quadrupled the time to install the floor and the over all result has some issues. It was not manipulative, it was just poor advice for novice floor install. They ended up selling us *less* wood than they would have because one quarter of the patten used wood we already owned. They are honest and have good prices. However their advice is not for novices. In they should enquire if the costumer has experience before recommending expert level floor patterns.
