And reader... dreams DO come true. I got the Good Time Girl Facial and let me tell you... it was, in fact, a GOOD. TIME. Shelby C. was my esthetician, but honestly? I think she may have been an angel temporarily assigned to Earth. Beautiful. Gentle. Ethereal. Like if a woodland fairy got licensed in advanced skincare. There were TWO cleanses. Exfoliation. Moisturizers. Masks. Serums. Warm towels. At one point I think my soul briefly left my body and floated toward the heavens while Enya played faintly in the distance. I have now decided heaven is simply this: You lie on a heated table while angels wash and exfoliate your face for eternity while calling you "queen." I walked in looking like I had been through several economic recessions and a situationship. I walked out looking hydrated, luminous, and emotionally stable. Best $150 I've ever spent. Their response was to pressure me into buying more visits or "touch-ups." I decided to wait a few months to assess the actual results, and to my shock, most of the hair grew back. A few spots the size of a coin remained, but that's it. I've had laser hair removal before with a different company, 13 years ago, and I knew what to expect. I naively believed Laser Away would deliver on their promise. I spoke with the store manager and a nurse about my dilemma and the lack of results, but it's a huge headache not only because I still have poor results, but because I'm locked into a contract due in a year. I still owe more than $2,000 for a service that did not deliver the promised results. If I don't pay on time, the amount could balloon due to interest and fees, adding almost $3,000 to my debt. To make matters worse, the store manager offered no real solutions besides paying for more treatments at a discount or getting the missed treatment for free. I asked to speak with someone with real authority, and I was told there was nobody I could call and that I should wait for a return call. I am still waiting.

She added botox into my under jaw and a platysmal band which the amonth she did was not affective. It cost around $700. I called to inform them that the botox was not working after day 5. They then said to wait two weeks. I then had to go out of town. I booked the botox prior to traveling. They would not touch up or be flexible with my travel dates. I was not home for three more weeks. I then informed them the botox still was not working. The manager would do nothing at this point. I felt very uncomfortable and at a loss. It was humiliating that they made me confront my scenario many times. I wish this feeling on no one. I would not use the sugar house office with the unflexible management. There was not credit in my account or anything. Just glares and fake smiles from management as they consumed and took my money and would not even retouch. Do not trust this office. They treat people like banks or another number and do not deliever or make you happy. Clients happiness and customer care should be number one priority.
