A cut above the rest! My experience has always been outstanding, from start to finish. I've been in multiple times, and Dr Myers has excellent bedside manner. For those that don't speak medical, that means your Doc is super disarming and easy to talk to about your issues. I see some reviews said negative things about the staff (one girl wrote a novel, which is...interesting, and not very forgiving/realistic), but my experience with the staff has always been nothing but positive. Zero issues or concerns. And their office is SUPER new/nice compared to others I've been to in California & Utah. We recently moved, and I even asked Dr Myers what to look for in a new Dermatologist, because I trust his opinion so much. I wish he would have moved his family with us! After having an allergic reaction to a wedding makeup trial, I was in desperate need of a dermatology appointment. I was able to get in quickly by scheduling online and was seen within 2 days of deciding I needed to be seen. The office was clean and organized. The desk staff was polite and quick. I met with Dr Leatham and was provided a short confirmation of allergic reaction with an immediate plan to address the issue. This was a very solid visit for getting my skin concern resolved. After he looked at the infected area, I wished to share some of my concerns about the contributing factors to my issues. He was dismissive and a terrible listener. I have been a patient at Utah Valley dermatology for a couple of years now and I've always had a good experience with Dr. Myers and Dr. Harris. However I went to the Saratoga Springs office and had an appointment with Dr. Kelly. The appointment was for a prescription refill, and Dr. Kelly is very big on getting people off medications. I think is great and I'm totally fine with that. Dr. Kelly recommended that I follow some social media influencer for advice as a way to "remove toxins from my body." I was charged an office visit to follow some person on the Internet for medical advice. I have been going to the Lehi office for many years and that is not the type of experience I've had in the past, Needless to say I will not be going back to Dr. Kelly again. It's concerning because unfortunately people believe what they see on social media. There may be some good information, however anyone can post their opinion about topics they have no credentials on. Doctors need to be providing their patents with evidenced -based medical advice, not sharing social media influencers. read more

I'm writing this review late because I just remembered I now have to find a new dermatologist that will actually follow up with me. About last year I came to this office with a mysterious hive like rash. I've visited many times and the doctors couldn't figure out what it was. They were happy to prescribe me many topical medications that cost me an arm and a leg. I also traveled and hour and a half to a special compound pharmacy in order to get it. After several visits, the doctor recommended a ANA blood test to test for autoimmune disease. During the previous office visits I had all of the signs of an autoimmune disease like extreme weight loss, hair loss, rash, I could barley walk on my own due to extreme joint pain, and my face was really red. They saw me hobble into their offices and didn't suggest that I seek more help. Of course I didn't know I had an autoimmune disease at the time and the drs just focused on the rash after I told them my other symptoms. Two months after that blood test I lost over 50 lbs, had to stay in the hospital, & took many blood tests after that to figure out what was wrong with me. It took another doctor to give me an ANA test to find out I had lupus. If the dermatologist would've followed up with me with that original blood test 2 months prior than my symptoms worsening, I could've saved myself a world of trouble and pain and got the help I needed from a rheumatologist. But without knowing I had lupus for 2 months I almost died of starvation and dehydration because I couldn't hold any food down. When I got the office visit bill for that blood test visit I complained to the office manager and gave her my story that I shouldn't have to pay for a visit that was never followed up on. She still made me pay 80% of that bill. It seems like all they care about is their bottom line and not the care of the patients. They're happy to take your money but I guess if you're not spending enough they won't care about you. Those young rookie doctors needs to be more educated with autoimmune diseases which go hand in hand with dermatology. Autoimmune skin diseases like pemphigus, pemphigoid, scleroderma, morphea, dermatomyositis, dermatitis herpetiformis, vasculitis, lupus, and Sjögren's syndrome -- all of which occur when the body's immune system attacks healthy skin and the doctors should've seen the symptoms and took the extra time to help me or at least followed up on that blood test. read more

Upon entering the office the receptionist were very kind and easy to work with. My visit was amazing I feel like I was actually being listened to and was given a lot of information. The doctor really took his time in answering questions. The medical assistants are also very kind and helpful when it comes to explaining biopsy after care . I'm sure the doctors are great, but I couldn't even see one because their self schedule program canceled my confirmed appointment without notifying me. When I got there, the dark haired front desk lady was cold and rude and completely unprofessional. She made it sound like it was my fault that the appointment was cancelled, even though I showed her my confirmed appointment text message, along with no sign of a cancellation. She made 0 effort to help me get another appointment with one of the doctors there, and never apologized once for the inconvenience. She needs training on how to be good at her job, or should probably just be fired. read more

Pretty upset about my appointment with Dr. Myers. First time visit and he saw me for maybe 10 minutes at most. I try to take good care of my skin, but have some problem areas I wanted to address. I was recommended a laser treatment available at their spa for some redness, and that's about it. Wasn't asked about my skincare routine, wasn't asked about anything, just told "you have pretty good skin." I asked for a prescription for a topical cream (that I know of due to skincare research online) to which he said "yeah that should help you." Hey doc, maybe recommend it yourself? I paid a copay for no reason. Could've called my primary care doc for the prescription and saved myself the time and money. What a waste. read more

I wouldn't consider going anywhere else! I deal with Eczema and before I knew that what was flaring up I had gone to instacare where they told me I had cellulitis! Not helping my problem at all I finally came to see Dr. Evans and he not only told me it was eczema but he listened to my concerns and found the perfect treatment for me and my sensitive skin! Dr Harris is very knowledgeable, and is a walking encyclopedia when it comes to skin conditions. Hiis bedside matters are excellent, he will come with a few different options and treatments. I am a 92 year old male. I have lived in St. George Utah for over 30 years, during that time I have been treated for skin cancer by two dermatologists. Two years ago when I moved from St. George to American Fork, I had two spots on my left arm that had been treated several times for cancer and returned, indicating failure to remove all of the cancerous material. When I moved I chose Utah Valley Dermatologists Dr. Jordan Harris of Lehi, because he was close to where I live. He treated both of those returning cancerous spots, and they had not recurred. Dr. Myers recommends injections for acne scars. Not only were they very painful, but my scars look more prominent than ever. And he charges me 3 times what he quoted me last year. I loved everything about my visit today. They were quick and everyone was super friendly! The only reason I gave them a 4 star review instead of 5 was that I asked twice before I left that my prescription be sent to my pharmacy and I was told that they did however after an hour past my appointment when I went to pick it up it turned out that they did not send it over. I had to call twice to get the right person to get it sent over. But honestly I will still be going back because it was a really great experience other than the pharmacy piece. read more

What a great office. Kind front desk and same friendly faces. Knowledgable and efficient medical assistants. Their knowledge and skill is best in the valley. Wait times can very depending on the season but they offer water and cookies during any wait times. I go for the medical spa services and Epionce products. My husband gets Blue Light treatments for preventative skin cancer and miraDry (no sweating treatment). My daughter gets acne extractions. It's a necessity for our whole family! read more

New patient from out of state. I moved from California having the top doctors within 20 miles of me and trusting them with my life. They were amazing to say the least, but Dr Myers was just as awesome being in a small town. Was in and out fairly quick and the Dr was extremely attentive to my concerns and prior medications & made recommendations for medicines that are fresh to the industry. 4 stars because of the front office, won't say too much because it's apparent they know what's going on also. I visited Dr. Myers a few weeks ago. I was a little timid going to a new doctor, but his staff was very welcoming and getting registered into their system wasn't painful at all. They seemed to have plenty of patients in the office, but there really wasn't any wait time in the lobby... I was shocked that I got right in. Dr. Myers is full of knowledge. He quickly diagnosed my issue and educated me on how to prevent it in the future. My overall experience was very good.. The doctor got paid 1000s of dollar by my insurance company and they rudely called me for a total of 12.00. Then my husband went in for a sore on his eye and he choose not to have surgery because he only has one good eye and was concerned about not being able to see. I think this is a terrible dr and you should not have to decide between a pin head sore and your vision and their collection girl is worse. They should train their girls to be more polite. You should be able to choose between surgery and your eye sight especially when it is so close to your eye. read more

Happy with the services provided and my skin concerns being addressed, however am very disappointed in the lack of clear communication regarding financial responsibility before services were provided. I was told in my office visits that 3 moles could be removed during the visit so I was thinking it was part of the office visit. Never was informed that I would then also be responsible for the cost of the biopsy and pathology on the removals even though it was not requested. I understand it is a liability thing for potential cancer concerns but also feel like that should be stated before the procedure is executed. Apparently this "minor" detail is in the new patient paperwork, however the 5 minutes given to complete the paperwork does not allow for the time to see the fine print. A couple of my removals were not concerning and if I knew they were going to cost me over $400 to remove, I probably would have opted out. Very disappointed with the lack of communication and was told that they don't have time to discuss that with every patient when I called in after the fact. I was going to send my husband in but now will not be and will not refer anyone to this place due to their lack of financial transparency. read more

Had a cyst on my back removed which was fine but they had about 5 staff in there just watching kind of embarrassing. Then I got under eye filler which was fine until a month or so later it started to harden and swell and get red. It ended up needing to be dissolved and they treated it like it was an allergic reaction (I had zero allergy symptoms and nothing happened for over a month that's not how allergies work) then when I had my lips injected they tried to have me talk the whole time and I was not numb AT ALL. They never offered a dental dam (everywhere else will) it was so painful lips are sensitive! And they didn't even come out looking very shaped. I went to Shelby Miller a year later got undereyes filler the same restalyne NO ISSUES. had my lips done NO PAIN and amazing shape. DO NOT GO HERE. DO not waste time with you children here yourself for dermatology or for injections. read more

I am editing my previous review because their office staff has improved a lot and they have new employees that are much friendlier and organized. I just completed the accutane treatment and my skin doesn't break out anymore other than an occasional bump here and there. Now, I'm counting on them to help me get rid of scarring. Dr. Meyer has a great reputation and is very knowledgeable about skin. Can't wait to have flawless skin! After spending so much money on products, facials, and doctors; I am glad Dr. Meyers immediately recommended Accutane and the results are great. read more

When he found out that I had wanted to meet with him, he went above and beyond customer service and called me one evening, which was very unexpected.
