Guys in the yard were GREAT! however the owner was an absolute ASSHOLE! They rented me an extremely beat up trencher that didn't a defuser on the exhaust to defuse the heat as it exited the machine, so it melted my siding as I was digging my trench. We rented a dump trailer from Mario. The trailer got a flat tire after two loads. When we called, they told us it was our responsibility to fix/replace. We had rented a truck and a front loader for 700 dollars to fill this trailer and we were not able to finish the job. When we asked to rent the trailer without charge, they put us on hold and didn't pick up. When we called back they wouldn't answer our call. I needed to rent some tables and chairs for my family's annual Christmas dinner. This year it was my turn to host it. "Utica Rent-All" was the only place that fit my schedule (they are open 7 days a week) and my budget. My son and I got there, picked them up on the Saturday before Christmas and return them on the day after Christmas. The staff was efficient, polite and friendly. God bless 'em. The Good: delivered and picked up on time, and order was correct. The bad: Got my address wrong with no instructions and smacked with an extra 16% in charges. Called and ordered a 20 x 20 tent, table, and chairs for a grad party. I was quoted a price for the tent and $130 for delivery of all the items then was called back days later on the day of delivery and was told the price I was quoted for the tent was only if I picked it up so the tent was raised to 30 dollars, they also had my address wrong on delivery. Went to set up the tent and there were no instructions I had to research online how to put up a product I had rented. When I got the bill there was a hidden charge for a damage waiver fee that I was never informed about I called back to ask if something was damaged and was told that was a standard charge on all of there orders.
