The lady at the desk was nice enough, while Maurice was the one assisting us. He was very friendly and we were in and out in no time at all. Small and hard to find, but fast, easy, and efficient.

a scam- unprofessional, rude . stole my money and strung me along for 9 months. refused to return…read morelegal documents that they promised to immediately return then ghosted me for months on in. when I became persistent in returning documents that don't belong to them Ashley Robinson tried to blackmail me and emailed me a ridiculous bill that I never authorized that was fraudulent and she never provided me a contract . promised me 30 day turn time at 2k then demanded funds which I paid then demanded more saying her boss said she can't return my documents that are legal case file dna for post conviction testing and she lied to me about the entire process- I later learned she's not the employee but the sole owner and after 9 months she did nothing. she was rude, cursing, yelling, unprofessional and downright her abd Jonay are discussing and dishonest. a police report had been filed with a complaint with the Better Business Bureau- next DA charges for Unlawgul Conversion ( holding documents she does t own and blackmail for the return) she was recommended to me by a professor and that professor knows not to refer anyone anymore.

They tried to keep me and my Managers out of those practices (Jon Knight and Jackie Moore) and ultimately me. After Jon Knight lift and Jackie Moore coincidentally changed to a different territory, After this, they moved Bri Calus as Territory Manager and although very sweet and hardworking, fell for the sales team facade... ultimately I was Laid off (coincidentally around the start of Covid) and that is it. Multiple techs confided in me that they worked for both precision and the practice. Once it became, I'm assuming noticeable, the contract between the two was null and void and the techs were without jobs. This for sure happened at Eric Blanson's PMC, and another clinic I can't remember but the technician was Luvida Caldwell... I'm sure it happened at every clinic in Houston/ Dallas. I have been going through hell trying to get my son home, thats why i enrolled in a program. I have not used any drugs for 2 years and i have had more positive drug tests than negative, but there is no possible way. I dread hearing what my results are from my counselor, and i tell her there is no way that it can be possoble qnd she tells me that the test results are facts. This whole situation has been beyond traumatizing, stressful, its had me on the verge of completly going off the deepend. Because these people, or this place, is messing with me getting my son back home with me. Well we did research on this lab and come to find out im not the only one that this has happened to, it has happened to multiple people that have had the same issue, they have not used at all but their tests are coming back postive. Thats not a coincidence. Its a 6 month program but i have been in it for 9 months, i dont know if they do this so your forced to stay in treatment longer because every month my medical gets billed. But im not just standing back and doin nothing, there is something wrong with this whole picture and this bullshit place. I want to seek legal help to handle this situation, im willing to do a hair follicle to prove those tests are bullshit. But at the end of the day this company is ruining and messing with peoples lives and they need to be held accountable, because if it is happening to me and the other people who left similqr reviews i guarantee it is happening to a lot more people they just arent speaking up. Wow! (Avoid the…read morered-headed staff gal, she's just angry and rude) First, let me say this place blows away my expectations from a WP facility. The staff are all very respectful, helpful and genuinely kind people. I've never seen a cleaner WP location and parking is plentiful/safe/free. I've been sent to WP for over 15yrs as part of my job-recerts, but was not aware of this location being an option until 2023 when I found it on-line. I've been here three times this past week and the front desk staff is incredibly rude. They would…read morerather talk to each other than help patients waiting to speak to staff. I filled out a clipboard and brought it up front to hand it to the lady and for a solid 30 seconds she just pretended I wasn't there and so I left the clipboard on the desk where it sat for 15 minutes before anyone picked it up. I waited an hour and a half for finger prints the front staff does in 30 seconds. All I can say is that the nurses and doctor were nice, that's about it. Hopefully will never have to come back again.

The office is small and I waited about 10 minutes for staff to open the office as I was the first appointment, other than that, I would return.
