I did everything from my phone from filling out the intake forms to choosing the date and time to my appointment. A few days before my scheduled appointment I received another text to do a pre-check in and that was pretty easy and straight forward as well. The location is pretty central to west Chula Vista, with plenty of parking in the parking garage, I love how there's plenty of signage to kinda guide you were to park since the garage is pretty large, so you can park close to the business you're going to. Once you make your way in, the waiting area has these little kiosk screens to check in and BAM! That's it. SUPER EASY! It almost didn't feel real I sat down and got called straight away and without delay. The tech was pretty kind and friendly, he told me how long it would take and it was nice to see there was an actual timer I could look at to know how much time was left. So glad the facility was not sub zero temp. I was worried I would need a blanket but was comfortable the entire time. You can also setup an account to view your results online as well. They informed me my doctor should get the results in 2-3 days and that was it! It was just such a pleasant visit and if I ever get more imaging done I'd totally be telling my doctor to send me here again!

This VA clinic is absolutely awful. The parking structure alone is a nightmare--small, cramped,…read morepoorly designed, and nowhere near enough parking for all the businesses in the complex. The spots are tiny, traffic backs up constantly, and getting in or out is unnecessarily stressful. Unfortunately, the parking is only the beginning. The quality of care at this location is extremely poor. It became so bad that I had to transfer my care out of this clinic entirely. I filed a formal complaint with the VA Patient Advocate's Office and also reported my former primary care provider and nurse to the Medical Board of California due to serious concerns about malpractice. If you need lab work, be prepared to wait up to two hours for a simple blood draw. Completely unacceptable. As a veteran with PTSD, this clinic environment triggers anxiety rather than providing care or support. This place has caused me more stress than help. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you have other options.

Unfortunately, the doctor who saw us on this visit, who I believe was named Abe D., was very unprofessional and rude. When I asked a question, instead of giving me a clear and respectful explanation, his response came across as sarcastic and rude. We also felt that he did not provide us with enough information about the test or answer our questions adequately. This was especially disappointing because our first experience at this location was so positive. I believe patients deserve to feel respected, listened to, and properly informed, especially when dealing with something as important as a DNA test involving their baby. The front desk staff member, however, was professional, helpful, and very kind. She even apologized to us on his behalf, which we appreciated. Patients deserve to be treated with respect and given clear answers, especially for something this important. I hope the management takes this feedback seriously and makes sure patients receive the same professional and respectful treatment regardless of which doctor they see.

Granted, I understand their priority is the health and wellness of baby and making sure all the scans get back to the radiologist. It wasn't that it was other things. My husband wasn't allowed in the room for the first half of the exam. I understand that the tech needs to focus and concentrate in complete silence.... The second part of the exam my husband was allowed in the room. Then she spent seconds and I mean seconds...on each body part. After swinging the probe over my abdomen as fast as she could. She asked if there was anything else we wanted to see.. I asked if I could see the feet one more time. She swung the probe over the feet, flashed the feet..and just like that in seconds the exam was over. I couldn't even have a second to look back and my husband and smile and take in JUST A LITTLE MOMENT. Hurry. Hurry. Hurry. No video. No pictures. No smiles. Then out the front door. She printed some of the same photos of the head about 5 times. And printed a blurry picture of one foot for me. I definitely see why people pay extra for private ultrasounds.

Very frustrating experience -- posted hours are misleading…read more I was referred to San Diego Imaging for a knee X-ray, and unfortunately this has been a very frustrating experience. I came yesterday morning, only to be told that their X-ray machine was down. I tried to make an appointment for another time, but I was told that X-rays are walk-ins only. So I came back today before 4:30 PM specifically based on the hours posted. When I arrived, I was told that they were no longer accepting walk-in patients because it was already past 4:00 PM. The problem is that the sign on their door clearly states that walk-ins are accepted until 4:30 PM, and their phone recording also says 4:30 PM. If they actually stop accepting walk-ins at 4:00 PM, that should be clearly communicated to patients and reflected in their posted hours. I made two trips for a simple X-ray because I was given inconsistent information. It would have saved me a lot of time and frustration if they had simply provided accurate and consistent hours. Please update your signage and phone recording so patients know the actual walk-in cutoff before making the trip.
