The staff are all very respectful, helpful and genuinely kind people. I've never seen a cleaner WP location and parking is plentiful/safe/free. I've been sent to WP for over 15yrs as part of my job-recerts, but was not aware of this location being an option until 2023 when I found it on-line. I've been here three times this past week and the front desk staff is incredibly rude. They would rather talk to each other than help patients waiting to speak to staff. I filled out a clipboard and brought it up front to hand it to the lady and for a solid 30 seconds she just pretended I wasn't there and so I left the clipboard on the desk where it sat for 15 minutes before anyone picked it up. I waited an hour and a half for finger prints the front staff does in 30 seconds. All I can say is that the nurses and doctor were nice, that's about it. Horrible wait time! I had an appointment to come here for a physical, PPD, and a bunch of other tests for a new job and I was waiting close to three hours to be seen. I get it when businesses are short staffed, trust me, I've worked my fair share of short-handed days... but to wait THREE HOURS for something that takes 15-20 minutes? There were people being seen before me that came 20-30 minutes after me. I don't know if this place needs more staff, or better time management, maybe both. I'm extremely frustrated. If you come here for an appointment, bring snacks because you will get hungry! read more

Went in for a physical/drug test for a job. Amy was the main nurse and she was rude from the start. I was thanking her because she started off with my drug test and i was being polite and she told me to stop thanking her and was very annoyed. She laughed at me during my physical because i wasn't sure how to do something she asked. She was very cold and rude I'm not sure why. I ended up not getting the job due to the results of the physical and I'm pretty sure it's her doing. So thanks Amy! Next time if you're having a rough day don't take it out on the people it has nothing to do with. read more

As someone who had worked in the medical field and patient care for almost ten years now, I can tell you this place lacks any sort of professionalism. I waited for about 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment time (without any kind of update) before I was called back, yes it was my first appointment with them, but I completed my paperwork within the first 5-10 minutes of arriving. When I was called back, it was by a very unkempt and unprofessional girl, in a sweatshirt, scrub pants, and barefoot wearing pink slip on crocs. No socks. Dirty feet. She didn't verify my birthday, or confirm my name when calling me back, she quickly tossed me in a room by myself to do a hearing test and just closed the door and left, she said one sentence as far as instructions go, I finished, she came back in, and verbatim said "you must have done it wrong" because the score wasn't to her liking. (I'm sorry, but even if a patient doesn't do something correctly, that's not how you speak to a patient) After repeating the hearing test, exactly as I had done previously, she led me to another room and said "we need some urine," handed me a cup, and instructed me to go to a restroom with NO lock on the door, first of all, and then on top of that, there was no sink or sanitizer or wipes or even a surface to set the cup down, so...heaven forbid you miss the cup while collecting your own pee, you have nothing to clean your hands with and then you're expected to be able to pull up your pants and open the door with one hand and your pee cup in the other. I was then taken for a TB test, poked, no dressing applied, even no cotton ball and tape, no bandaid, immediately moved across the room and asked to put my face on a machine to test my vision without it being cleaned off, and then it was recovered after I was done, again without it being cleaned off and my makeup still on the forehead rest. Then I was placed in a room to wait for the doctor, she comes in, perfectly pleasant, asks me about my general health (which was only mildly annoying seeing as how I had spent time answering all those questions on the paperwork I initially filled out, just for her to ask all over again). Then she started confirming my blood pressure and grip strength and pulse, none of which had been measured.....this girl either wrote down someone else's information on my paperwork or just madeup numbers so she wouldn't have to do the work to actually check. So the doctor apologized, left the room, and then came back & completed her exam but didn't seem to know what my employer wanted from them, she kept asking me if my employer wanted certain tests done and I had no idea as I don't even work for these people yet and I was just told to show up, she brought in another nurse to check my BP, and then he was about to leave and I had to ask about the grip strength test only because the doctor had brought up me having results of it previously, and I wanted to make sure someone else's results weren't still in my chart. I had no choice but to come here because it was for a pre-employment evaluation, but if anyone DOES have a choice, this is not it. read more

I had a scheduled appointment for a follow up injury at work this morning at 9am. Wait time wasn't too bad. Doctor Onil is the main doctor who is treating me. I also see him at the oceanside location. He is very understanding, compassionate. Dr. Onil listens to all my concerns, allows me to speak without interruption, really cares. He recognizes the repetition movements at my job, ways to improve me reaching, twisting my body, lifting etc. By prescribing medication, exercises in between, suggesting physical therapy. Plus time off, rest. Staff was friendly. Office was clean, I would recommend this location, the oceanside one. They are both equally great, just matters which one is closest to you I guess. read more

This office is great, I was there less than an hour. I went to quest diagnostics in Escondido and sat there literally for 4 hours and never got seen so I rushed over to Work Partners and was in and out. Thank you so much it was the only day I could do my drug test for my new job and I made it!!!! read more
