So my issue is when I call the water department they never answer I was on hold for 20 min finally gave up and hanged up I called back 2 hours later still no luck called back around 3pm they finally answered, but this happens all the time all the time they don't answer ‍ just to make a water payment. The answering machine even says no calls in front of you 4 min wait and I still wait over 15 min to make a payment. There was an option for them to call you back and they never do! I love the large swinging benches. The actual library is a large building. It's very appealing and modern with large windows/glass walls. It's always clean!
