Seems like the have a lot going on he does not want to be here. He said the treat him good and are doing their best to help him get his life together so he does NOT come back. They are trying to get him in at the Salvation Army adult rehabilitation center on Harry Hines since it's much better for a young adult. I'm so glad there he'll get a job, counseling, room and board, and tools to help him make better choices.

I like how easy it was to set up my deferment, and for those who need to set up payments, they allow that as well. If you ever need to visit, make sure you check their hours prior to heading up there.

Then there was a cop hiding watching rather than having his lights on or even assist direct traffic. I'd expect a warning in this situation, not a $330 ticket. Absolutely egregious. Not saying I deserve a warning, but take a look at the circumstances and use some discretion. It wasn't like I just flew thru the intersection without any regard. Euless online court website and the actual ticket aren't forthcoming either. Neither the ticket nor online court review actually cite any traffic code or even outline why the ticket is so high. It's a dishonest approach, but makes sense based upon the events leading up to it this. The system knows I do not have time to come to court sit all day to plea this away for a more than likely guilty verdict regardless. Not pleased Euless.

The marker reads, "Near this site in 1869, Alvarado citizens ended the lives of outlaws Benjamin Bickerstaff and Josiah Thompson. A former Confederate veteran and prisoner of war, Bickerstaff was wanted for the murder of an African American man in Louisiana shortly after the Civil War. He later joined Alvarado business owner Josiah Thompson, also a Confederate veteran, and the two are believed to have participated in numerous robberies and murders in this area, including incidents in Alvarado. When they rode together into town on April 5, 1869, organized citizens shot them numerous times. They were buried in Balch (Old Alvarado) Cemetery. (2006)" Online, there is more information and Bickerstaff is not remembered kindly. Benjamin Bickerstaff was a desperado who preyed on blacks, Unionists, and others in northeastern Texas during the Reconstruction era until armed citizens killed him in the town of Alvarado in 1869. Designed for 200 prisoners, two large district courtrooms on the second floor suspended jury trials during summer months until air conditioning was installed in 1951. In 1964 Jack Ruby (1911-1967) was tried in the east courtroom for killing assassination suspect Lee Harvey Oswald (1939-1963). There should at least be a time limit for how long you can be at the print station.

This library is really nice! The building is huge with lots of open space and places for you to…read moresit and read or work on projects. They have a really neat kids section with a fun jungle themed sitting area for the kids with stuffed jungle animals to sit on and really neat murals on the wall. I like this library a lot because it has the technology to easily do research and browse through the electronic catalogs, but yet still has the old school library feel to it. The staff has always been friendly and extremely knowledgeable when you have a question. The drop off is a little hard to fin at first, I wish it had a big red sign or arrow pointing to it, it can easily be missed!
