I mentioned to Marcus that he's so loved and I think he appreciated the compliment. As I was waiting in line, Marcus worked on two customers at a time. When one was finishing up, he asked the next customer to come up. He works very efficiently and fast! I asked Marcus how to write my friend's address next time. 5 stars because Postal Workers are amazing…read more This location didn't sync up with Apple Maps exactly correct and it tried to tell me I arrived when I was just a bit away at the bank on the corner of the road. Turn right when you see the Comerica Bank at L Don Dodson Drive and I recommend going slowly because the entrance is directly after for the parking lot and a different drive in a few feet after for the vehicle drop box. This location DOES NOT have a self service kiosk and they DO NOT have 'Flat Rate,' 'Priority Mail,' or 'Express' boxes, but they did have one 'Priority Mail' and a handful of 'Express' letter sized envelopes available. The lobby is open as most are for customers to access their P.O. Boxes after hours and there is a drop box for packages. When asked about this change Teejay informed me it was due to Covid precaution. Claiming a Covid precaution in 2023 after not implementing it during the actual pandemic seems extremely fishy. Or a blatant lie. I understand the Christmas rush and the amount of packages but that does not excuse you to make up rules so that your delivery times look better than they are. This place hits all the marks and its nice and clean inside. I really can't complain. If at all possible, try to come earlier in the day rather than in the evening on the weekdays -- that's when it's the most crowded. I was able to get in, send a little package to my grandma, buy stamps, and get out all in about 10-12 minutes with only a couple people ahead of me in line. :)

However, two male workers were graphically and descriptively describing women in a very sexual nature, saying things like, "Back in my day, I would've taken advantage of that young body regardless of how old she was." It made my wife uncomfortable, so she had to step out. Meanwhile, I didn't want to cause a scene with my daughter and just wanted to be gone from this location. One of the men was a significantly older white man, and the other was African American-looking in his late 40s. I recommend never going inside unless you want to potentially experience hearing or being treated to inappropriate and unprofessional behavior.
