I have extreme medical anxiety and suffer from vocal cord dysfunction, which I use breathing techniques to manage. The technician snapped at me for breathing on her arm, which I wasn't aware I was doing. When I apologized and tried to explain myself, she said, "Well, you have a whole room to breathe into!" I became severely emotionally disregulated at that point. The technicians at this practice are very hit or miss. I never know what to expect and that is extremely disconcerting.

The answering service that is off site is just as unreliable as the actual office. Each time myself or one of my five family members need to order contacts, it's a seemingly impossible feat. Multiple calls, multiple voicemails, never resulting in a return call. The second time I got a hold of the answering service, they told me that my prescription had expired in June.
