Dr. Pratt's "bedside manner" is particularly outstanding. He took time to ask questions; didn't rush the examination; and explained each procedure before starting it. He also gave me an option to "cut [him] off" if I was "bored or not interested." That didn't happen! When he showed me the images of the inside of my eyes and clearly explained the "why" of things, it was FASCINATING.

Ultimately, I had LensCrafters fill my prescription because I wanted a different frame than what was available at the office. Nikki, gave me every reason not to return. Her absolutely poor attitude toward me as a customer was completely uncalled for. She argued with me as to why I can't focus or read with my current prescription lenses and told me to go back to LensCrafters if I wasn't happy. After much back and forth, she ended the call by hanging up on me. I will not be returning to Dr. Hulme's practice and will tell anyone I can to do the same. I hope this helps with your decision-making in choosing an eye doctor. I was and am completely disappointed with this practice. I will continue to use another optometrist from now on.
