When we were able to get in contact with Al, he lied and told us they had "no record of payment" despite our documented QuickBooks invoice confirming payment. After waiting for a month for our product and contacting the owner, Javier, failed to issue a refund for our invoice totaling over $1,000.00+. It's abundantly clear they prioritize profit over customer satisfaction. This experience has left us completely unsatisfied, and we cannot in good faith recommend their services to anyone. We are thoroughly disappointed by the lack of professionalism and communication from their end. If I could rate a 0, I would.
