Not feeling the love... First order took 7 days for a FREAKIN' banner, I was happy that Avi stepped up and installed it to make up for their internal staffing problems.. Then they asked for a $400 deposit for their time .., which I hoped move me up the food chain.. But last week I asked for pricing on several items.., and I am still waiting !!!! The employee who "helped" me made me wait for about 30 minutes for a bigger order when I had called ahead before I arrived. He was quick with me and rude, but on top of that he ended up selling me the wrong size signs. They were the least expensive of companies I had called, but when I receive a product I can't even use it would have been worth using a more expensive one.
