I saw no improvement. To make it worse one of the nerves in my tongue was damaged. I had some slurring when tired, my tongue pulled to the side when I stuck it out and underneath was puffy. Took nearly 2 years to get back. Other than a script for steroids, I had a follow up with his helper who pretty much said we got nothing else for you and shunted me off to a dentist for an appliance for my apnea. No follow up, no how are you doing. Don't waste your money on VOAT.

They helped me better understand my health issues and also helped diagnose an underlying disease.
