The 2nd confirmation advised me to avoid eating 6 hours before the appointment as I was supposed to have blood extraction for the physical. The other messages advised to be there at least 15 minutes before the scheduled appointment. On the day of my 3:00 pm appointment, their office in Buford called to let me know that my "physical" appointment was not for a "physical" but for a new patient visit only. Furious, I called Emory and was told it was for a physical, so I asked to be transferred direct to the Buford office who said that it was NOT for a physical and that Emory reservations made a mistake - one outfit blaming the other and vice-versa. I opted NOT to do business with Emory due to this incompetence and I will spread this message to the new employees with the City.

I have been comming to Fr Anderson for years now and take all my family there. The staff is really…read morenice and took care of me and my kids. Everytime we go my kids get a little treat (a lollipop or something of the sort) and they feel comfortable there. They actually got to know the staff and consider them friends. The place could use a bit of a remodel but it is clean. For christmas they brought a santa clause to sit at the waitin area to take free pics with the kids and patients waiting. I believe tjey do it every year and the santa is a "real" santa if you get my drift. My kids enjoyed every second of it and made the waiting time seem way shorter and fun. I will keep coming here and bringing my kids, and I encourage others to do the same.

This was by far the worst medical experience of my lifetime. I was attempting to change doctors…read moredue to an insurance change and Dr. Anderson had a five star rating with the insurance carrier. First, I took the time to have my prior doctor send all my records as I was hospitalize for a serious medical condition 6-mths prior. When I got there the place was a complete dump. All the chairs had duct tape their was trash on the floor in the lobby, the office all around was like a horders house. The scale that had was something you find at Walmart for $4.99. If that wasn't bad enough, I get in the room and asked if they had my records (knowing I had confirmed they were sent) and the nurses response was, "I have no idea". So she leaves without taking any vitals asking any questions and just said the doctor will be in in a bit. I hear them talking and one of the other workers said, "check the stack of papers in the back". After 30 mins I listen to them call my prior doctor trying to get their hands on the records. The doctor then comes in with a stack of paper in his hands. As I begin taking to him, I realize he didn't bother to even look at them. Continuing to be patient and discussing my medical history, since he couldnt be bothered to read them, he then slumps down on the chair, put his hand on his forehead and starts moving his hand signaling me to lower my voice and "clam down a bit". Like someone with a major hangover. After not bother to to check any vitals again, he write me the prescription I needed for blood pressure and tells me to come back in 6 mths. I probably could have told him to write me a prescription for any kinds of medicine and he would have done it. Never once did he look at the fax copy of my records. Oh...and of course the dosage was incorrect and the pharmacy had to get it corrected .I had a bad feeling when I walked in. If someone doesn't care about the environment they work in, they surely aren't going to care about anything else.i wish their was a negative rating. This place need to be completely shut down. Must be a health code violation.

I have been seeing him for almost a year now, and I do not have any complaints. Dr. Cheng is very knowledgeable about this medications and is responsive to questions you leave him via phone messages. His nurse, well, she is another story since she handles most of the back and forth banter bt patient and doctor. He is quick to handle paperwork you send his way. I like his personality too bc he is friendly and engaging. The office is on the small end, but there are plenty of chairs and even a play area for the kiddies. Some of the office staff are efficient while you'd rather avoid certain individuals. The office is across (ish) from the CVS in Flowery Branch near the Kroger. The office is actually behind the building, way up there behind the hill.

I personally had used another well respected surgeon previously with poor results and Dr. Grunch was able to get me back to a pain free life. Also, my wife had had a fall and completely wrecked her neck and upper spine. She also had a poor outcome with a previous Surgeon and decided to enlist Dr. Grunch for help. She was able to, after a seven hour surgery, stabilize my wife's neck and get her out of most pain and give her her life back. If you need a doctor with Dr. Grunch's skills, I don't think you can find anyone and better in the Southeast. She is very caring and concerned about her patience's and the outcome. Dr. Grunch was chosen because she was the only one who'd suggested a disc replacement surgery wasn't just possible but was the best option based on age and quality of life factors. She was attentive and thorough. Following the procedure Dr. Grunch came into recovery to speak with us. She stated that based on what she found while doing surgery, and was not obvious in the MRI and x-rays, she could easily have gone the disc fusion path, however she kept in mind our discussions, consultations, and the desired quality of life which disc replacement provides better opportunity for better results. Because of this Dr. Grunch took the extra time and effort to stay the course and perform the Disc Replacement surgery. I've no doubt my family member, now 2 weeks post-op and doing quite well, will be much better off as a result. Dr. Grunch is an excellent surgeon and anyone needing back or neck surgery would be wise to make an appointment with her. It took a long time for us to get into see her however it was worth the wait. As an FYI, the two other surgeons we'd seen both recommended fusion and stated disc replacement was not an option...when apparently not only was it an option, but the best path. Dr. Grunch must be an amazing surgeon because there were little to no pain issues whatsoever and zero mechanical issues within days of the surgery. We're very happy we listened to our friend who'd recommended Dr. Grunch!
