I Would Not Recommend - They Do Not Stand Behind Their Work…read more I'm only giving them 1-Star - but they could've had 5-Stars if they'd followed up on their 1-year guarantee as promised. Original driveway, sidewalk & step pad were done well - over a year ago - that part is holding up fine. Unfortunately, while ripping out & replacing the whole main driveway, they did NOT rip out & replace the small 12" concrete lip at the end of the main driveway that goes to the street. Instead, they just put a concrete "patch job" covering over all the gouges & holes on that lip. After 6 to 8 months 99% of the "patch job" had fallen out. I contacted them 2 months before the guarantee ran out to have them come see & fix the concrete lip. They said they would - but it never happened. Now they've let the "clock run out" on their 1-year guarantee & I'm stuck with shoddy work which, unfortunately, overshadows the good. They would've received 5-Stars from the "get-go" if they'd done it right in the 1st place or even if they'd lived up to their word & would've come back & fixed the "patch job".

If I didn't tell my clients that what they want to do won't work before I did it, I sure wouldn't have any future business. Are there any other professionals out there that just do what their customer wants without disclosing that in their "professional opinion" it is not the best option? Not to mention our tardiness (in reality 15-20 mins with advance notification) is completely irrelevant to the issue at hand. "I appreciate the business from the L's and it is very unfortunate that they are not satisfied with the material they had chosen for their drive. This is why I think it is very important for the customer to ask the professional opinion of the contractor and if they would have I would of recommended the concrete pads that were installed would of been in different areas where the erosion would of mostly likely taken place or second option start at the house and actually paved out to same cost price of entire drive of millings. They did not seem interested in asking my professional opinion. Not to mention our first meeting I had to wait an hour for them to show up for the appointed estimate time. However, you always have to keep in mind that if it is not a hard surface it will have a tendency to erode. With the amount of rain that we have had last year/this year this is typical for a non hard surface (example: concrete or asphalt) to wash. This is why there are not guarantees for these service that is not a hard surface. BPC is committing to providing as much knowledge as we can to our customers."

The salesperson identified the low spot in the house and wrote up a contract. The final result is that the low spot is still there and my front door will no longer open and close. They want to charge me $2000 more to fix the original low spot. The supervisor, Larry, is rude, he lies, and has no intention of resolving this issue. I will be seeking legal counsel if they do not resolve the issue.

I spoke to a field supervisor who then supposedly rescheduled again for over 30 days out to September. The September appointment was a no call no show and I then called in again and found out there was no appointment scheduled even after a field supervisor assured me I was scheduled. I also called the field supervisor the day of the appointment and received a response of sorry but there was still an issue with the hose. Totally unprofessional on communication and consistent disappointment on trusting if the appointment was scheduled.
