It's been a while since I've been to this salon. I used to live close by and for the longest time it was my nail salon of choice. About 5 years ago I had a bad pedicure and never went back until today. Convenience is key, I've been trying a few places close to me and haven't been impressed so I thought I'd go back to V &Mi. Making an appointment online was easy and received texts confirming which is a nice feature. I arrived a few minutes before the appointment, the tech was running a little bit late so I had a few minutes to pick a polish. The selections of polish were updated and very nice. They looked fresh and clean. Manicure was fast and nice. The Salon has gone through a beautiful upgrade and transformation. It's spotlessly clean. Everyone is very friendly and the vibe is super relaxing. Once again after a few years, it will be my nail salon of choice. read more

I followed my nail technician here, after she left the salon where she worked for 17 years. As most of the women will agree, you don't give up an outstanding nail technician. Ever. Never. I had heard negative things about this salon, specifically that it had a strong odor from the acrylics. To my relief, I did not experience any odors. The AC was set to very cool and the cool air was great. The salon was immaculate. I received my usual excellent manicure and pedicure by Tammy, who is now known as Kelly, as there already was a Tammy in the salon. Oh well, a cultural thing. My nails were buffed with a mini buffing board. And then another buffing board for my toe nails. An excellent job. I was impressed that the pedicure basin had a one use liner, to ensure sanitary conditions. The pedicure chair was ultra plush and comfortable. When I checked out, I noticed that $6 had been added for the one use buffing boards ($3 each) and a fee for use of a credit card. I was surprised as Tammy had not mentioned this. Next time I'll only get my hand nails buffed. Toes are not needed. And might pay in cash. I already made by second appointment read more

There is zero doubt this salon is a well-oiled machine even when exceptionally busy. I've gone twice now on the recommendation of a friend but, both times, my pedicure chipped before a week was out. I have always gotten regular pedicures and run around barefoot most of the time I'm not at work, and never have issues until around week 4 when I'm due. Rather disappointing. read more

This is by far the WORST nail salon I have ever been to in my life. Not only was the front desk lady very rude but so was the guy with glasses. I got my nails done June 30th, acrylic full set and acrylic on my toes. They were both all white but had bubbles on every single nail. On July 5th my big toe had already cracked and broke off. Then by July 7th one of my small toes had also cracked at the top and came off as well as a crack on my pinky nail on my hand. I was out of state until July 9th and worked all week so I made an appointment today July 12th at 430 pm. I tried to explain that I wanted to get a fill on my hands and I would pay for it but I needed my two toes and one finger fixed. They made me stand at the bar area for almost 20 minutes after my appointment. So I asked if I was waiting for someone specific as I watched several other people come on after me and sit right away to get there nails done. She told me I had to wait and that an appointment doesn't matter. Than she had the gentleman with glasses and a mask come up to me and asked me what I needed done. So I explained what happened and he started getting very disrespectful and told me he would fix my nail but wouldn't do a fill because I didn't need it yet or repaint my nails and that it was my fault they broke. I explained I never had an issue like this before when I used to go to my old nail salon in another state before I moved here and he got very upset and pulled his mask down and got in my face telling me I should go to that salon than. I again explained I don't live in that state anymore and it wasn't possible. He than proceeded to help another person who came in after me. I honestly ended up just leaving because I have my daughter with me and he kept raising his voice. It was honestly the most embarrassing thing. I would never let this establishment get a dollar of your money because not only are they rude and disrespectful, the work is horrible and it shows. I wish I could give this place zero stars. I have been here a few times and really was trying to give it a chance. I don't have an hour to sit here and type how terrible my experience was today so I'll just sum it up for everyone. They're unorganized, have absolutely no customer service, and they're expensive. The people that work there are so incredibly rude and after going there multiple times I can safely say it's basically the whole staff. (Minus Jennifer) The work is very very sub par. I had to wait 20 minutes to be seen despite having an appointment on a MONDAY MORNING when it was beyond slow. A gel pedicure is $55 and legit comes with zero scrub or massage or anything. They told me I could pay extra if I wanted anything like that. A dip manicure was $68 and I added cat eye which turned out terribly and was an extra $15. I don't know about you but I certainly don't mind paying a good amount for my nails, but I'm expecting a decent experience. I left in tears today due to the very awkward and rude treatment of the employees. I spent $150 and was just blown away at how uncomfortable the whole vibe was. The employees gang up on anyone who complains about anything. U don't like something? Expect a few employees to come over and argue with you until you give up. I think I've complained about my nails 2 or 3 times in the 20 years I've been getting them done. I don't expect too much, I don't mind to pay, but I do demand people who are taking my money to treat me with a little bit of respect and kindness. My first time coming in today and I'm very pleased with the service I received. I came in for a pedicure but ended up choosing a deluxe one cause it sounded good and for 45 dollars I feel like I got what I payed for. Sophia was really lovely, did a great job cleaning all the dead cuticle off my nails and shaped them really nice. The massage chair and the leg massage it self is one of my favorite parts about a pedicure and she did a great job.
