Currently they don't know if i'll be returned $660 of flight costs, as well as holding $222 for travel insurance that is now "non refundable", although nothing in the purchase confirmation states that. The refund is going to take over 60-90 days, and so far I've only been promised to get about 80% of it back. Buyer beware.
